In this state, the base treatment coating unit 1 is suspended by the winch 21 via the wire rope 22, so by driving the winch 21 and letting out the wire rope 22, the base treatment coating unit 1 is suspended due to the slope of the roof surface. Start moving towards the eaves. When the base treatment brush 7 reaches the lowest position of the skid 19, the base treatment brush 7 is brought into contact with the roof surface, and then the drive motor 10 is driven and the winch 21 is rotated while the base treatment brush 7 is rotated. Unwind the base treatment coating unit 1 at the.
During this time, the exhaust fan 12 is operated to remove the rear hood 6a.
The interior is kept under negative pressure, and the dust generated during surface preparation work is sucked out and discharged. When the base treatment work is carried out up to the eaves, the limit switch 23 detects the edge of the roof and stops driving the winch 21, the drive motor 10, and the rotation of the base treatment brush 7.

Next, the spray coating unit 13 is activated to spray the coating liquid from the spray nozzle 16 onto the roof surface, and the winch 21 is driven in the opposite direction to the above to move the base treatment coating unit 1 from the eaves to the ridge via the wire rope 22. Painting on the roof surface begins by pulling it up to the side. When the base treatment coating unit 1 is pulled up by the winch 21 and reaches the limit switch 24 installed at the tip of the skid 19, the limit switch 24 is activated to stop the drive of the winch 21, and at the same time, the lifting of the base treatment coating unit 1 is stopped. The operation of the spray painting unit 13 is stopped. As a result, the roof surface is coated in the width of the spraying range of the spray nozzle 16. At this time, in the present invention, the spray nozzle 16 is located in front of the base treatment brush 7, and the wheels 5 are located behind the base treatment brush 7, so that when the base treatment coating unit 1 is pulled up in the backward direction. Since the painting is performed at the same time, the roof surface immediately after painting is not damaged by the wheels 5, and when descending the slope of the roof surface, the ground preparation work is performed, and when ascending from the same place. Since the painting work can be carried out by the base treatment painting unit 1, the work can be done with high efficiency, and
Because it is painted on the roof surface immediately after the surface preparation work,
A high quality coating surface can be formed.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, it may be possible to paint both sides of a roof at the same time, without painting both sides of the roof one by one. You can also. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the traveling carts 2 are positioned symmetrically at the ridge portion of the top of the roof, and a frame 25 is provided on the upper surface of both carts 2, which forms a housing section for the base treatment coating unit 1, and the roof At both ends of the girder 26, which is arranged so as to straddle the ridge of the
The traveling carts 2 on both sides are mutually supported via the girders 26, and both sides of the roof are simultaneously painted by the reciprocating motion of the base treatment coating unit 1 in the same manner as in the example shown in FIG. For movement toward the ridge, the traveling carts 2 on both sides of the roof are made to travel at the same time. If you place this device symmetrically on both sides of the roof and paint at the same time,
In addition to being able to paint a wide roof surface with high efficiency, since it straddles the ridge, it will not slide along the slope of the roof, making it safe even without a fixing device to the roof, and the slope angle of the roof can be adjusted. Even if the angle changes, since the pin 27 connects the girder 26 and the traveling carriage 2, there are advantages such as being able to easily adapt to the angle change.

In addition, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the running part 18 of the running trolley 2 is of an endless track type so that it can easily run on the uneven surface of the roof, but instead of this system, for example, , a base plate with a rail extending in the direction of the ridge is constructed on the ridge of the roof 3, and a running cart 2 with wheels is placed on the base plate, and wheels attached to the side of the ridge of the running cart are mounted on the rail. They may be engaged. According to this example, there are advantages such as smooth movement of the carriage 2 in the direction of the ridge, and safety as the rail prevents the carriage from falling off without the need for any special fixing device to the roof of the carriage.
In addition, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an example of the vacuum suction device 20 is shown, but a jig for fixing using the roof groove surface may be used, or any other possible fixing means may be used. , you may adopt them.
