Furthermore, the occurrence of defective products can be reduced, and its industrial value is extremely large.

【特許請求の範囲】 1 上部と下部とに開口部を有する筒状の紙料槽
の該上部開口部内に下端に抄網を取り付けた箱状
の上部脱水用トレイをまた紙料槽の該下部開口部
に上端に抄網を取り付けた箱状の下部脱水用トレ
イを、それぞれ少なくとも一方のトレイが該紙料
槽内壁に沿つて上下移動可能に装着すると共にホ
ースを介して該各脱水用トレイに吸引装置を連設
しておき、先ず紙料槽内に下部脱水用トレイ上端
の抄網より上部の所定位置に液面が位置するよう
に一定量の紙料液を注入して撹拌し、次いで上部
脱水用トレイの抄網を紙料液中に埋没した状態で
紙料液を上下から交互に又は同時に吸引脱水しな
がら上下の抄網を接近せしめて上下の抄網間に湿
紙を形成せしめることを特徴とするツインワイヤ

3に連結されている白水槽6,6′と、該白水槽
6,6′に連結されている吸引装置7とから成る
ことを特徴とするツインワイヤー型抄紙機の試験
