【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はガス(主としてLPG)の容器印刷機
に関する従来のガス容器印刷機はガス容器を横方
向に倒して上下より挟持した状態で印刷している
ため搬送してきたガス容器を一々横倒しの状態に
してローラー間に挟持しなおしてからでないと印
刷出来ないので作業能率が著しく低く、多くの時
間と労力を浪費する問題点を有していた。本発明
は斯かる問題点を解決し一々横倒しにする必要な
く、トロリーコンベヤーにて縦方向に吊下げ搬送
してきたガス容器を縦方向に吊下げたそのまゝの
状態で即、印刷可能なガス容器印刷機を提供する
目的で発明されたものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a gas (mainly LPG) container printing machine. 以下本発明を図柄に就いて説明すると、1は下
面側に移動車輪2,2を軸受して横方向に設けた
移動台車で、トロリーコンベヤー(図示せず)の
進行方向と平行方向に敷設したレール3上に移動
自在に載置する。4は移動台車1上に載置固定し
た移動原動機で、移動原動機の回転軸5と前記移
動車輪2の車輪軸6とにチエン7をスプロケツト
を介して巻掛けする。8,8は移動台車1上の左
半部(第1図において左半分))位置に左右方向
(第1図において左右方向)にほぼX形状に、中
心部に挿通した枢軸9を中心に左右端が上下に開
閉すべく並行に設けたリフト側杆である。10は
リフト側杆8の内側の下端部を移動台車1上に枢
着したリフト扛起点である。11はリフト側杆8
の外側の下端部に移動台車1の巾方向(第1図に
おいて手前方向)と平行に挿通した移動軸であ
る。12,12は移動軸11両端の回転自在に軸
着した車輪である。13,13、は前記車輪1
2,12が移動台車1上を内外に移動する位置に
設けた案内レールで車輪12,12が案内レール
13内を転動すべく移動台車1上に敷設する。1
4はリフト側杆8,8の内側の上端部を枢着15
し、リフト側杆8の上側に横方向に設けたリフト
台板である。16はリフト側杆8の外側の上端部
に前記移動軸11と平行方向に挿通した上側移動

車輪17,17がリフト台板14の下面側を内外
に移動する位置に設けた案内レールで車輪17が
案内レール18内を転動すべくリフト台板14の
下面側に敷設する。19,19はリフト台板14
上に左右方向に並行に設けた案内レールである。
20は案内レール19中に左右方向に滑動すべく
遊嵌した印刷テーブルである。21は印刷テーブ
ル20の滑動用のシリンダーでリフト台板14上
に印刷テーブル20の移動方向(第1図において
左右方向)にシリンダーの外胴部を固定し、シリ
ンダー21の伸縮軸22の先端部を印刷テーブル
20に枢着する。23,23は印刷テーブル20
の内側位置(移動台車1の左右の中心位置側)
に、印刷テーブル20の巾方向の中心線上より巾
方向の前後に各々やゝずらした位置に縦方向に軸
受したタイヤロール回転軸である。24,24…
は各タイヤロール回転軸23に上下に、横方向に
回転すべく軸着したタイヤロールである。25は
上下のタイヤロール24,24間の中間位置のタ
イヤロール回転軸23に横方向に回転すべく設け
た版胴である。26は原動機で回転軸に軸着した
ギヤー27,27…を介して前記タイヤロール回
転軸23,23を係動せしめる。28,28…は
版胴25と平行に並列に添接回転すべく設けたイ
ンキ付用のローラー群である。22,29はロー
ラー28,28…の調整螺子である。30,は前
記リフト側杆8と同一構造に対称的に形成し、リ
フト側杆8と対向して移動台車1の右半分の台上
に設けた抑止側のリフト側杆である。31はリフ
ト側杆30上に横方向に前記リフト台板14と同
一構造に対称的に設けた抑止側のリフト台板であ
る。32,32は抑止側のリフト台板31上に左
右方向に、二列に平行に設けた案内レールであ
る。33は案内レール32内に下端部を滑動すべ
く遊嵌し、中央部は上方向に柱形に垂立せしめた
抑止移動枠である。34は抑止移動枠33の滑動
用のシリンダーでリフト台板31上に抑止移動枠
33の滑動方向(左右方向)にシリンダーの外胴
部を固定し、シリンダー34の伸縮軸35の先端
部を抑止移動枠33に枢着する。36,36は抑
止移動枠33の内側(移動台車1の左右方向の中
心側)に上下方向に設けた抑え軸37を中心に横
方向に回転すべく上下に設けたピンチローラーで
ある。37は移動台車1上に左右の長手方向に軸
受し、回転すべく設けたリフト上下杆で、前記リ
フト側杆8,8及び30,30の各々外側の下端
部位置に設けた左右の移動軸11が移動する部位
に螺子38,38を各々刻設し、(左右の螺子は
リード方向を反対とする)、各移動軸11の外側
位置の螺子38,38に各々上下移動片39,3
