つた。

のピストン2が上下昇降動自在に嵌装されてい

下端は狭窄されて弁座7cが形成されている。ま
た該弁座7cの上方摺動筒7内に嵌環13が嵌着
固止され、該嵌環13との間にばね11が介装さ
れて糊付用の球弁体12が上記弁座7cに回転自
在に衝止して弁座7c孔を閉鎖し、その下部が下
方に露出している。即ち摺動筒7の下端部には、
ばね11介装で一部が下方に露出した球弁体12
の押圧で開弁する糊付球弁装置Rが設けられてい
る。そして上記構成の摺動筒7は、前記両側ロツ
ドピストン2の中空孔4内に上下摺動自在に挿通
され、その上部ねじ部7cには、上側ロツド3a
上端面と衝止して摺動筒7の上下変位調節可能な
調節止ナツト8が、また同下部ねじ部7bには、
下側ロツド3b下端面との間にばね10を介在し
た圧力調整ナツト9が夫々螺嵌されている。そし
て上記摺動筒7の上端はホース17によつて上方
の糊タンク18に接続され、摺動筒7内には、断
えず自重で糊19が供給されるようになつてい
る。またシリンダー1の上下ポート5,6は、
夫々制御盤21からの指令により作動する切換弁
20を介してコンプレツサーなどの圧力流体ユニ
ツト22に接続されている。(第5図参照) 次に上記実施例装置の作用状態を説明すると、
先ず第1図で、下方のコンベヤ15によつて表紙
などの被糊付物16が矢印方向に搬送されて所定
位置まで来ると制御盤21からの指令で切換弁2
0が作動し、圧力流体ユニツト22からの圧力流
体(空気)が上ポート5からシリンダー1内に入
り、ピストン2を上死点から第2図のように下死
点まで降下させて停止する。この時、摺動筒7先
端の糊付球弁装置Rの球弁体12は、被糊付物1
