Incidentally, the injection tube and the mantle tube are each made by cutting a long tube material into a predetermined length. However, since the tube material used as this material is long and has been stored and transported rolled into a circle, it always has a tendency to bend. Therefore, if you unconsciously use something with this bending tendency and attach the tip needle to the tip of the injection tube, the uneven pointed part B of the tip needle A will bend the tip of the injection tube C, as shown in Figure 7. Some are installed so that the curve of the habit faces outward.

たり傷付けたりすることがあることがわかつた。 If the injection tube C with the tip needle A attached is inserted into the mantle tube D, which also has a tendency to bend, in such a state, the direction of the bending tendency of the injection tube C and the direction of the bending tendency of the mantle tube D will coincide. As a result, it was found that because the tip needle A and the sharp point B move along the curved inner wall surface of the mantle tube D, the tip needle A may pierce or damage the inner surface of the mantle tube D.

内視鏡用処置具を提供することにある。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and even if the mantle tube and the long member inserted therein have a tendency to bend, the simple structure prevents the uneven tip from getting caught and allows smooth movement. Another object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic treatment instrument that can be inserted reliably.

Since the flexible elongated member 3, which also has a tendency to bend, is inserted into the flexible mantle tube 2, which has a tendency to bend, the directions of the bends match, and accordingly, the treatment section 4
The biased pointed portion 6 is regulated in a state where it retreats from the inner wall of the mantle tube 2, and moves forward and backward while maintaining this state.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the invention. An endoscopic syringe 1 shown in this embodiment includes a flexible mantle tube 2, and an injection tube 3, which is also a flexible elongated member and is inserted into the mantle tube 2 so as to be freely advanced and retracted.
These are all made of Teflon, for example, and have an arcuate bend. An injection needle 4 serving as a treatment section is attached to the tip of the injection tube 3. The injection needle 4 is made of a hard metal pipe, and its tip portion is cut off obliquely to form a needle tip 5. That is, the sharp point 6 of the needle tip 5 is biased toward the inside of the curve of the injection tube 3.

The sharp portion 6 of the needle tip 5, which is biased toward the inside of the curve of the injection tube 3, advances while retreating to the inside of the curve, as shown in FIG. In other words, the state away from the inner wall of the mantle tube 2 is maintained. Even if the inner wall of the mantle tube 2 is touched, only the abdomen 7 of the needle tip 5 touches it. Therefore, when inserting the injection tube 3 into the mantle tube 2, the sharp point 6 of the injection needle 4 will not get caught or pierce the inner wall of the mantle tube 2. Therefore, the inner wall of the mantle tube 2 will not be damaged or pierced. Furthermore, since there is no catch, the resistance force during insertion is small and the insertion can be done easily.

It can be used as In other words, there is no need to correct each bending tendency of the tube material. Therefore, production costs can be reduced.

Further, a cylindrical tip 12 is attached and fixed to the outer periphery of the tip portion forming the locking portion 11. On the other hand, for example, a ring-shaped member is provided at the proximal end of the injection needle 4 near the tip of the injection tube 3 to provide an abutment part 13, and this abutment part 13 abuts against the locking part 11. It's becoming like that. However,
When the injection tube 3 is advanced, the tip of the injection needle 4 protrudes from the opening at the tip of the mantle tube 2, and the locking portion 11
The abutting portion 13 abuts against the protrusion and restricts the protrusion amount to an appropriate amount.

In this way, the sharp point 6 of the needle tip 5 is sufficiently retracted from the inner wall of the mantle tube 2 and is positioned toward the center of the mantle tube 2.

In this embodiment, the locking portion 11 in the second embodiment is formed only on the inside of the curve of the mantle tube 2. In this way, since there is no protruding step on the inner side of the mantle tube 2 where the sharpened portion 6 of the needle tip 5 moves, it is possible to prevent the sharpened portion 6 from getting caught.

However, in the range of the cross section of the elongated member, it is desirable that the elongated member be located closer to the center of curvature of the bending tendency than the center of the elongated member.

As explained above, in the present invention, when the elongated member is inserted into the mantle tube, the sharp end of the treatment section does not catch or pierce the inner wall of the mantle tube. Therefore, the inner wall of the mantle tube will not be damaged or pierced. Furthermore, since there is no catch,
The resistance force during insertion is small and it can be inserted easily.
