材)を組合せ、これら型板の所定の合せ目をろう
付けにより接合固着するかしている。

より金型のキヤビテイを形成する手段において
は、ろう付け部の接合固着強度が不十分となり易
く、このため広い接合面積を要し、この結果金型
が大型となる欠点があつた。

本発明は前記目的を達成するために次のような
構成としている。すなわち、金型の底部を構成す
る底板と、金型の側壁を構成する複数の側板とを
組み合わせて金型を製造する方法において、上記
底板及び側板の少なくとも一方を焼結合金より構
成し、上記底板の縁部に側板を突き合わせて仮結
合し、これを加熱して接合面を焼結させて上記底
板と上記側板とを固着させるようにしたものであ
る。

枚の側板(型部材)4,4と、第7図及び第8図
に示す底板(型部材)5とからなつている。キヤ
ビテイ2は4周面にそれぞれ3゜の抜き勾配を有し
ている。

トは従来の切削による製造コストの約1/2に減少

固に接合固着することができ、その強度が十分と
なり、金型が大形化するのを防止することができ
る。
