本発明は作業性および品質を向上させるように

ーデイオ用表示装置を用いて簡単に説明すると、
1はケース、2はケース1の前面開口部を被う表
示板で、この表示板2は透明な合成樹脂材によつ
て薄板状に形成され、その表面の所定箇所には操
作ボタン4が配設されると共に「AM」,「FM」,
「SW」……等の表示文字を表わす表示部3a、
透明部3b、操作孔3c等が形成され、これら以
外の表面にはホツトスタンプ法、シルク印刷法等
によつて遮光処理が施されることにより、黒色等
の遮光印刷部3dが形成されている。そして、表
示板2の裏面には導光板5が両面接着テープ6に
よつて接着固定されている。この導光板5は光透
過性および光導性が極めて優れているアクリル樹
脂材によつて一体に形成され、図示しない光源よ
り導かれた光を内部で反射させ、前記表示板2の
表示部3aおよび透明部3bに導いている。な

示板2の操作孔3cに対応してそれぞれ透孔7,
8があらかじめ設けられ、さらに接着テープ6に

る品質のバラツキが大きく、また位置ずれを防ぐ
ために細心の注意を払つて貼付けるとそれだけ作
業時間が長くかかり生産性を低下させるものであ

た表示装置の表示板製造方法を提供するものであ

て一体的に接合するようにしたものと比較して、
本発明においては第2の表示板に対するテープの

ため、作業性に優れ、従来品より表示板の数が1
つ増え、その分コストアツプになるものの、作業
性の向上によつて十分カバーすることができ、従
来品より安価にしかも遥かにバラツキの少ない高
品質なものを製造することができる。また、第2

く形成されるものであるため、接合時における両
表示板の位置ずれを透孔によつて吸収することが
