Figures 1 and 2 show a conventional carrier with a stepladder of this type, in which one end of the stepladder a is connected directly to the carrier b.
It is configured such that the other end is supported by two supporting legs c, and rotates around a pivot point d relative to the carrier b, and when not in use, it can be rotated as shown in Fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, it is folded and stored inside the transport vehicle b, and when in use, it is unfolded to the outside of the transport vehicle b, as shown in FIG.

The present invention was proposed in order to solve these problems, and is a transport vehicle in which a top plate is supported on the top of front, rear, left and right pillars that are erected on a lower platform on which wheels are mounted. A rear leg piece is fixed to the rear end of the main body and the top pedestal of the stepladder, and a front leg piece is rotatably supported at the front end of the stepladder, and the rear end is attached to the lower base of the carrier body. The front end of a rotatably supported connecting rod is rotatably connected to the rear leg piece of the stepladder, and a locking portion of the top pedestal of the stepladder is arranged on the front support of the carrier body. and on the rear leg piece of the stepladder,
A stopper is provided that abuts against the upper surface of the connecting rod, and the lower end of the rear stay whose upper end is pivotally connected to the rear leg piece of the stepladder is pivotally connected to the stay whose upper end is pivotally attached to the front leg piece, and 1. A transport vehicle with a stepladder, characterized in that opposing ends of a pair of stay opening prevention pieces, each of which has one end pivotally connected to each stay, are pivotally connected between the rear stay and the rear stay.

Since the present invention is configured as described above,
When in use, the top pedestal of the stepladder is released from the locking part provided on the front support of the transport vehicle, and the stepladder is rotated around the pivot point by the connecting rod to the lower platform of the transport vehicle. When deployed in front of the carrier, the stepladder is supported on the floor by the front and rear legs independently of the carrier, so it can be used in a stable manner.

Furthermore, when storing the stepladder, the stepladder is rotated toward the carrier around the pivot portion of the connecting rod relative to the lower base of the carrier, and the top base of the stepladder is attached to the locking portion provided on the front support of the carrier. It is to be locked to. At this time, the pedestal of the stepladder and the rear support leg fixed to it are stored in the front part of the interior space of the carrier, and the leg piece pivoted to the front end of the pedestal approaches the front column of the carrier due to its own weight. It hangs vertically and is stored close to the rear leg of the stepladder.

Further, a stopper is provided on the rear leg piece of the stepladder, and when the stepladder is folded and stored, the stopper abuts against the upper surface of the connecting rod, thereby preventing the stepladder from idling and folding the stepladder. The tatami operation is performed smoothly.

Further, the lower end of the rear stay whose upper part is pivotally connected to the rear leg of the stepladder is pivotally connected to the upper stay whose upper end is pivotally connected to the front leg piece, and one end between the front and rear stays is pivotally connected to each stay. Since the opposite ends of the pair of stay opening stopper pieces are pivotally connected, each stopper piece prevents the front and rear leg pieces from opening too much, and even when a large load is placed on the top base of the stepladder, the stepladder remains stable. It never becomes unstable.

Reference numeral B designates a stepladder, and a rear leg piece 6 extends integrally with the rear end of the top pedestal 5, and the upper ends of a pair of front leg pieces 7 are pivotably attached to the front end. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a rotating shaft rotatably inserted between both sides of the top pedestal 5, and the pair of front leg pieces 7 are fixed to the rotating shaft 8. Further, a step is attached between both front leg pieces 7. In addition, 6a in the figure is an opening provided in the plate-shaped rear leg piece 6, which reduces the weight of the rear leg piece 6.

Since the illustrated embodiment is constructed as described above, after the stepladder B is folded and stored in the transport vehicle A and the transport vehicle A is transported to a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. Grip the front edge of the pedestal 5 and rotate it counterclockwise around the tip pivot portions of both side pieces 15b of the U-shaped connecting rod 15 to rotate the rotating shaft 8.
Release the engagement between the protruding end from the rear leg piece 6 and the hook 19 of the locking cylinder piece 18, and then move the stepladder B to the transport vehicle A.
When the stepladder B is pulled out forward, the stepladder B rotates in the direction of the hour hand around the pivot of the horizontal piece 15a of the connecting rod 15 relative to the lower base plate 2 of the transport vehicle A (see Fig. 7).
The rear leg piece 6 of the stepladder B touches the floor, and the front leg piece 7
rotates in the counterclockwise direction about the pivot point relative to the top base plate 5, and the cap 20 at its lower end touches the floor. At the same time that the lower end cap 11 comes into contact with the floor, the stay opening stopper pieces 13 and 14 are deployed in a straight line between the stays 10 and 12. (See Fig. 8) According to the illustrated embodiment, the stepladder B folded and stored in the transport vehicle A is unfolded in front of the transport vehicle A and is completely set at the same time as being lowered onto the floor. Moreover, stepladder B is set on the floor independently of transport vehicle A, and is maintained in a stable state.

At this time, stay opening stopper pieces 13 and 14 are pivotally attached to the front and rear leg pieces 7 and 6 of the stepladder B, respectively, and between the pair of front and rear stays 12 and 10 that intersect in a V-shape.
Since the legs are stretched in a straight line and the leg pieces 7 and 6 are prevented from opening too much, the stepladder will not become unstable even if a large load is applied to the top pedestal 5.

Next, when storing the stepladder B in the transport vehicle A, grasp the front edge of the top pedestal 5 and lift it up. The rotating shaft 8 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction around the branch, and the protruding portion of the rotating shaft 8 from the side surface of the rear leg piece 6 is engaged with the hook 19 of the locking cylinder piece 18.

At this time, the front leg piece 7 is suspended vertically from the top pedestal 5 in parallel with and close to the front support 3 of the transport vehicle A due to its own weight, and the stepladder B has a small volume at the front of the transport vehicle A. It can be folded and stored. Therefore, transport vehicle A

Further, as described above, when the stepladder B is folded and stored and rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the stopper 17 of the rear leg piece 6 collides with the upper surface of the both side pieces 15b of the U-shaped connecting rod 15, and the stepladder B This prevents the stepladder from idling in the counterclockwise direction around the tip pivot portions of the side pieces 15b, and allows the stepladder to be folded smoothly.
