プの剥離を行つて管状体を形成しているのが現状
であるが、熱硬化処理時にテープの捲着によるテ
ープ重合部分の間隙に樹脂が入り込み、形成され
た管状体の表面に高さ15〜30ミクロンの隆起螺旋
条ができる。

発明の構成 本発明はこの隆起螺旋条を利用して釣竿表面に
装飾模様を形成して、釣竿の装飾価値を向上する
ようにしたもので、芯金に捲着した熱硬化性合成
樹脂含浸のプリプレグを順次テープ捲着による緊
縛、熱硬化処理、テープ剥離及び芯金抜去をして
形成した管状体の外周面に、該管状体と異色の塗
料を塗装した後、前記テープ捲着によつて生じた
隆起螺旋条が露出するまで研磨することを要旨と
するものである。

いた隆起螺旋状を装飾模様に利用でき、極めて簡
易な手段により品質の良い高級な釣竿を容易かつ
能率良く製造することができる優れた特徴を有す
るものである。
