Conventionally, when false twisting thermoplastic synthetic fiber yarn,
A method for producing a false twisted design yarn having a mixture of bundled portions and bulky portions by varying the yarn length between a heater and a twisting device to vary the number of twists per unit length of yarn and the heat setting effect. This method is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-222, but this method requires a complicated device for changing the thread path, resulting in high manufacturing costs.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems,
To provide a method for inexpensively manufacturing false twisted design yarn with a large apparent diameter ratio between a bundled part and a bulky part and rich in design effects using a simple device.

In the present invention, three polyester filament yarns having a birefringence △n of 0.02 to 0.15, which have been actually twisted with a twist coefficient in the range of 4,500 to 15,000, are wound around each pin using a pin spinner. This is a method for producing false-twisted design yarn, which is characterized by passing the yarn in a zigzag pattern and subjecting it to false twisting.

い。 To explain the present invention in more detail, a spinner used in a normal false twisting machine has one pin 2 as shown in Fig. 1, and the yarn 1 is wound around the pin 2 once for processing. The spinner used in the invention has 3 pins.
During processing, as shown in Figure 2, the thread is not wrapped around each pin 3, 4, 5, but is passed in a zigzag pattern between each pin 3, 4, 5. is applied unevenly and untwisted unevenly, and the twist density of twisting and untwisting becomes uneven along the yarn length direction. This unevenness in twist density is due to the frictional resistance between the pin and the yarn, but this frictional resistance varies depending on the material of the pin, the contact length between the pin and the yarn, the angle between each pin, etc. should be taken into consideration.

Although the pin rotates, almost no twist is applied to the thread, and no bulky parts appear.

This can easily cause problems such as pins popping out during machining.

Even if such yarn is used, it is not possible to immediately obtain the desired design yarn simply due to the non-uniformity of the twist density; Set the false twisting temperature to
In addition, the processing speed must be extremely low in order to promote the temperature trench effect, and the resulting decorative yarn is coarse and hard, and the bulking effect of the bulky part due to crimping is not sufficient, and the diameter ratio with the converging part is low. is also 2 or less, resulting in poor design effect.

It becomes a spot-like form.

Polyester filament yarn with △n of 0.11
Four 150d/48f yarns were twisted in the S-twist direction at a twist rate of 300T/M using a false twisting machine equipped with a spinner as shown in Figure 2 at a heater temperature of 210°C and a processing speed.
When processed at 50 m/min and spindle rotation speed of 11 x 10 4 rpm, as shown in Fig. 3, the length of the focusing part A is 1 to 8 cm, the length of the bulky part B is 1 to 4 cm, and the length of the bulky part B is 1 to 8 cm.
A false twisted design yarn with a rich design effect and an apparent diameter ratio of about 8 to the bundled part A was obtained.
