そして両者の間で火花を発せず摩耗がもつとも少
なくなるような一定の圧力でブラシを押えるた
め、ブラシ保持器中に取付けている。さらにこの
ブラシ保持器はブラシ保持器支えにより複数個保
持されるが、このブラシ保持器支えは導体を構成
し、これを絶縁物で支持している。このような集
電環装置の構造の一部分を第12図、第13図に
示す。第12図は側面図、第13図はP矢視平面
図で、1はスリツプリング、2はこのスリツプリ
ング1の外周近辺にブラシ保持器支え3を介して
設置されたブラシ保持器、4はブラシ保持器2よ
つて保持されたブラシで、リード線5により導体
として役割をするブラシ保持器支え3に電気的に
接続される。このブラシ保持器支え3は隣りの相
のブラシ保持器支えと絶縁管6を介してスタツド
7、ナツト8で取付けられるとともに回転電機の
静止側9に固定される。このような構造の集電環
装置が運転されると、スリツプリング1に摺動す
るブラシ4の先端が摩耗してブラシ粉が散乱す
る。このブラシ粉が絶縁管6のように絶縁性部分
に付着すると短絡現象を起こしスパークで損傷さ
れることがある。これを防止するにはいつも掃除
をしなければならない。

字形の導電性ダクトと、前記ダクトの内径側に結
合され分割された円弧状のカバーと、前記ダクト
に接続されダクトの空気の導く容器と、容器に取
付けたフイルターとからなり、回転電機の回転に
伴なうスリツプリングのフアン作用により前記フ
アン溝から空気を吸込んでブラシ粉を空気ととも
にダクトへ導き、さらに容器内でフイルターを介
しでブラシ粉を回収するようにした。

回転軸10にスリツプリング支え環11が嵌入さ
れ、このスリツプリング支え環11にスリツプリ
ング1が取付けられるが、これには絶縁管16を
介してスタツトボルト17とナツト18で固定さ
れる。このスリツプリング1は外径側の両側面に
張出部1aを設け、この張出部1aにフアン溝1
bが設けられる。このスリツプリング1の外周に
近接して複数個所に設けられるブラシ保持器2は
第5図〜第7図に示されるごときフランジ2aが
設けてある。このフランジ2aは後述するダクト
に流通しているブラシ粉の漏洩を防ぐために設け
らるものである。このようなブラシ保持器2は隣
りのものと導体を兼用する断面コ字形のダクト1
2で連通接続され、このダクト12の内側先端に
はスリツプリングの突出部1aおよびフアン溝1
bを覆う分割された円弧状のカバー12aが取付
けられる。またこのダクト12は絶縁管6を介し
てスタツトボルト7、ナツト8を用いて回転電機
と静止側9に固定される。次にブラシ13はブラ
シ保持器2に保持され、コイルばね2bのばね力
を受けて常に一定の圧力でスリツプリング1の外
周面に接触している。ブラシ13はリード線13
aにより導体を兼用するダクト12に電気的に接
続されている。以上述べた構成部分は第8図aに
示すように化粧箱14に収容され、ブラシ保持器
2を連通接続しているダクト12の排気口12b
はフイルタ15を有する容器19に連通接続さ
れ、容器19から化粧箱14に連通接続される配
管20が設けられる。すなわちこの発明の実施例
では、スリツプリング1が回転するとブラン保持
器2で保持され、コイルばね2cのばね圧でスリ
ツプリング1に押圧されているブラシ13の先端
面は摺動により摩耗する。そして生じたブラシ粉
は、スリツプリング1の回転によりフアン溝2b
がフアン作用を起こし生じた風に含有されて導体
12の中を流通し、排気口12bより排出されて

縁部分にブラシ粉が溜つて短絡現象を起こすよう
