発明の効果

に必要であつたバケツトホイール、グラブバケツ
ト等の大型設備が不要となり、また一連のコンベ
ヤにより土砂を搬出するので、払い出し作業が連
続して行われ、作業能率を著しく向上させるとと
もに、夫々のホツパからの土砂を払い出しコンベ
ヤで船外へ搬出する前に一旦合流ホツパに集約搬
入するから、ホツパから直接払い出しコンベヤで
船外へ搬出する場合に比し、コンベヤの上り勾配
が少なくなり、コンベヤ上での土砂の逆流下がな
く、大量の土砂を効率よく搬出でき、更に合流ホ
ツパで夫々のホツパからの搬入土砂を一旦集約す
ることにより、搬送路を1つにすることができる
から、払い出しコンベヤから搬出される土砂の量
の増減調節を容易に行うことができるものであつ
て、本発明の揚土船は、甲板積土運船と組合せる
ことにより前記の如きすぐれた効果を有するもの
