Conventionally, when constructing a high-rise building by connecting a large number of relatively small rectangular private rooms, such as condominiums and hotels, the thickness of the building becomes thinner than the width of the building, as shown in Figure 5a, and strong winds blow from the front. It becomes easy to fall down. Therefore, it has been adopted to curve the entire building into an arc, as shown in FIG.

However, in the above-mentioned arc-shaped building, since at least two wall surfaces of each room are arc-shaped, gaps are likely to occur between the wall surfaces and the furniture. In addition, when the exterior is made into a staircase shape, the orientation of the building and the private room units will be different, so if you emphasize indoor lighting, it will be difficult to harmonize with the orientation of the surrounding buildings, and the aesthetics may be spoiled. One side of the unit is easily visible from the next room, making it difficult to maintain privacy.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to obtain a high-rise building with high wind resistance, excellent building appearance, and easy to protect the privacy of private rooms. The corner 2a of the shape is chamfered to form an octagon,
At least two of the private room units 2 are joined to each other by walls of equal length, and the chamfered corner portions 2a are used to form a bent portion approximately in the shape of a “h” in the plan view of the building. At the same time, approximately triangular depressions 4 are provided at both ends of the joint surface of each private room unit 2.
The feature is that b is provided.

At least two of the private room units 2 whose unit shape is an octagon formed by chamfering the corners of a quadrilateral are connected to each other by walls of equal length, so the private room units 2 can be arranged linearly or diagonally. It is also possible to form a part that is bent in the shape of a "he" in the middle. Also, one of the walls of each private room unit is parallel to the building orientation.

This invention will be explained with reference to the following embodiments. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a thin high-rise building according to the invention, and the unit is an octagon with a quadrilateral corner 2a chamfered at 45 degrees. Multiple private room units 2
are arranged on one plane to form a building B1, and joined to another building B2 at one side of the octagon of the private room unit 2 forming the end, so that the planar shape is "H" as shown in Fig. 5c.
It has a curved part included in the shape of the letter. In the figure, α is the angle at which the two buildings B1 and B2 are connected on the plan view, and is specifically 135°.
This angle of 135° is naturally obtained by setting the chamfer angle of the private room unit 2 to 45°, but this angle is also necessary from the perspective of increasing the wind resistance of the building. This is a preferable number because the difference in sunlight direction between B2 can be tolerated.
Furthermore, it is also preferable to set the chamfer angle of the private room unit 2 to 45 degrees in order to unify the basic dimensions of many rooms. The method of connecting the two ridges includes not only a simple "F" shape as shown in this example, but also an embodiment as shown in FIG. In other words, Fig. 1a shows a lightning-shaped structure in which three buildings B1, B2, and B3 are connected by bending them in different directions;
Three-sided mirror shape with B2 and B3 connected by bending them in the same direction,
Furthermore, c has five buildings B1, B2, B3, B4, B5
It is shown here that the building is connected in a row to form a ``H'' shape, and it goes without saying that the more curved parts there are, the stronger the wind resistance of the building itself will be. In addition, in the case where two private room units 2 are connected, each private room unit 2 has an independent outer wall, and there are two cases in which the two adjacent private room units 2 are connected to each other on the outer surface of the outer wall, and two cases in which two adjacent private room units 2 are connected to one partition wall. may be shared.

In other words, one side of the quadrilateral is 10.2 m, and the corners are chamfered at a 45° angle of 3.3 m. It goes without saying that, as shown in FIG. 3, the private room unit 2 is a regular octagon when the original quadrilateral is a square, and it is an elongated octagon when the quadrilateral is a rectangle.

Inside the figure, private room units 2 are shown arranged in a square shape. The thin high-rise building 1 has a large number of private room units 2 arranged in series on one side of a quadrilateral, and has an outer wall 4a on one side perpendicular to the quadrilateral side with a passageway section 4 between them. 5
is a reception area provided on the first floor of the thin high-rise building 1, and a guard or manager is stationed in a small room 5a there. The connection type of each private room unit 2 is not limited to the one shown in this figure, but may be as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b, for example.

Triangular depressions 4b are formed on the outer sides of both ends of the connecting surface of the private room unit 2 facing the passage portion 4, and the top thereof is used as a storage space or Although it is used as a flower bed, since a slight trapezoidal space 4c is formed there, the shape of the passage portion 4 is changed, and at the same time, there is no hindrance to passage, and this contributes to improving the appearance. In this embodiment, a pipe space PS and a hot water tank HT are arranged at the top of the depression 4b, and a trapezoidal space 4c is left as a space for placing a flower pot. The inside of the wall is planned as a residence, with an entrance (m), a corridor (n), a living room (o) including a balcony, and a sanitary/sanitary area.
A kitchen room p and a storage room q are installed. Of course, the internal floor plan itself is not very important in the configuration of this invention.

By installing windows on the sides, light can be brought in advantageously, and some of those sides are parallel to the orientation of the building, which improves the appearance of the building as a whole and makes it difficult to see the windows of neighboring rooms. As described above, this invention is a building including a part where the private room units 2 having an octagonal planar shape are connected to each other by planes of equal length and have a "h"-shaped planar shape, so that the building can be viewed from the front. Not only does the wind resistance of the building against strong winds increase, but the external wall of each private room unit 2 facing the outside is parallel to the surface of the building, giving it a good appearance. Furthermore, even if the building is curved, each wall inside the room is flat, making it easier to install fixtures indoors and more convenient to use than in conventional structures where the building itself is curved. Furthermore, each private room unit 2
Not only does it look good because the exterior wall facing the outside is parallel to the surface of the building, but also there is a depression 4b between the exterior walls located at both ends of the surface that touches the neighbor's house.
The distance between the windows becomes longer, which has the effect of making it easier to maintain privacy between adjacent rooms.
