The present invention relates to a fiber sheet with high deodorizing properties, and more specifically, a layer of mixed powder consisting of solid deodorant powder and moisture-absorbing powder is sandwiched from both sides with absorbent cotton bands, and the whole is compressed in the thickness direction. and an embossed deodorizing fiber sheet, and a deodorizing product further developed by laminating a reinforcing fiber sheet on one or both sides of an absorbent cotton band containing a mixed powder particle layer, which is then compressed and embossed. The present invention relates to a synthetic fiber sheet. Traditionally, solid deodorants have been used in containers with irregularly shaped powder particles, such as activated carbon powder particles, which are filled in containers and placed in predetermined locations. It is difficult to fit into large spaces, and when built into a thin support such as a sheet, the deodorizing ability is insufficient. Of course, if there is an inherent limitation in the storage space for deodorants, such as shallow space, if the space occupied by deodorants can be made thinner, the space that can be used will be expanded. . In this way, effective deodorizing ability is maintained,
There is a strong desire for the emergence of a thin sheet-like deodorant. The present invention is an immediate response to such a demand, and roughly speaking, the present invention includes a mixed powder layer in which a unique solid deodorant powder and moisture absorbent powder particles such as silica gel are mixed in an absorbent cotton band. It is configured by
Among fiber sheets, absorbent cotton strips and pulp cotton strips occupy a large amount of space relative to the amount of fiber, but as is well known, these sheets tend to have fuzzing and hair loss on the surface and have weak mechanical strength. Since then, it has not even been considered as a carrier for fixed deodorants. The applicant has succeeded in compressing and embossing absorbent cotton strips under steam heating, which had been considered technically impossible until then, and has achieved the inherent high quality of absorbent cotton strips. Patent application 133631 (1982) was made for a cotton nonwoven fabric that retains moisture and water absorption properties, does not expand in the thickness direction during use, and is guaranteed to have increased strength through embossing.
(filed on May 22, 2016), which contributes to increasing the suitability of the absorbent cotton band, and furthermore, before applying the above-mentioned compression and embossing, the absorbent cotton band is arranged in pairs, upper and lower, and in between, activated carbon, hygroscopic polymer, A patent application filed in 1984 produced a cotton non-woven fabric that could support the powder particles without a binder by layering powder particles of aromatics, etc., sandwiching them with the above-mentioned absorbent cotton strips, and then subjecting the whole body to compression embossing. 74125. The present invention is an extension of these prior inventions, and the deodorizing removal rate of activated carbon powder can be increased to 70% by the particle size of the mixture with specific solid deodorant powder as described below. We aim to provide a fiber sheet that can exhibit excellent deodorizing effects ranging from over 82% to over 97%, which exceeds slightly larger values. The present invention will be explained in further detail below. The solid deodorant used in the present invention refers to a component having a deodorizing or deodorizing effect that is contained in the leaves of plants of the Camellia family, that is, in the fresh leaves of tea plants, sasanqua flowers, camellia, sakaki, etc., or in the dried products thereof. It is made into a tablet by adding lactose, dextrin, talc, etc. to a pale yellow oily liquid extracted with an alcohol-based, ketone-based solvent, water, or a mixed solvent thereof, and its active ingredients have the above-mentioned deodorizing effect. This product is manufactured by Shiraimatsu Shinyaku Co., Ltd. under the trade name ``Fretsuyu Shiraimatsu'' (some dealers also call it ``Fresca''). ] is available on the market. The above extract has an aromatic and slightly sweet taste. The chemical characterization and quantitative determination of the above components has not yet been sufficiently elucidated. Although its deodorizing effect can only be estimated, it is thought to be due to the combined action of dozens of components such as flavanols, flavanols, inclusion effects of organic polymers, neutralization reactions, addition reactions, etc. It also shows excellent odor removal rates against trimethylamine and acetic acid (and hydrogen sulfide). The details are described in Japanese Patent Application No. 55-2927 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-100060) filed earlier by the above-mentioned company, so a detailed explanation will be omitted here. It is noteworthy that the present invention exhibits a maximum removal rate of over 97% by combining this solid deodorant with powder particles of a moisture-absorbing material such as silica gel. The most preferable moisture absorbing material is silica gel, as well as silara burn, activated carbon, calcined vermiculite, porous ceramics, and water absorbing polymers [for example, Nippon Shokubai Chemical Co., Ltd.
Powders such as "Aquarik CA" (trade name, manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Co., Ltd.) and "Sunwet" (trade name, manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Co., Ltd.) are applicable. Although there is no particular restriction on the blending ratio of the solid deodorant and the moisture absorbent, a range of 1 for the former to 1 to 5 for the latter is appropriate. The procedure for obtaining the sheet of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. When sending a pair of upper and lower absorbent cotton strips 1 and 2 to a laminating roll consisting of an embossing roll 4 on the upper side and a flat roll 5 on the lower side, moisture-absorbing material powder particles 31 are applied to the overlapping side of one of the absorbent cotton strips 2. The mixed grains 3 with the odorant powder grains 32 are appropriately scattered and supplied,
By crimping both bands 1 and 2 with the rolls 4 and 5 (cold or hot may be used), the absorbent cotton bands 1 and 2 sandwich a layer of mixed powder particles 3 between them.
By being compressed to 1/3 to 1/8 of the original thickness and entangled with fibers in both bands 1 and 2, the mixed powder particles 3 are captured and fixed within the thickness without a binder to obtain a fiber sheet s. . An embossed pattern consisting of concave portions 41 and convex portions 42 is provided on the upper absorbent cotton band 2 of the sheet s. The sheet of the present invention, which is subjected to the embossed pattern and compression by the uneven portions 41 and 42, is not only prevented from fuzzing and hair loss on the surface, but also strengthened in tensile and bending strength, compared to a simple absorbent cotton band. Of course, it can be applied to various uses, but in order to achieve even stronger reinforcement, a reinforcing fiber sheet is laminated on the front and back sides (either one is fine) of the absorbent cotton bands 1 and 2, and the whole is compressed and embossed. It is also an effective means to multiply by . A specific example is shown in FIG. 4, and as is clear from the figure, fiber sheets 6 and 7 are placed on the front and back sides of absorbent cotton bands 1 and 2.
Cotton strips 1 and 2 (for example, non-woven fabrics) are piled up and both are compressed and embossed, respectively. It will be appreciated that the fiber sheet s sufficiently reinforced by the fiber sheets 6, 7 can withstand stretching or bending while an object is placed thereon. As the reinforcing fiber sheet, in addition to non-woven fabrics of various fibers, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, stiff paper, net fabrics, etc. may be freely adopted. The manufacturing details, the uniform range of materials, alternative means, etc. of supplying solid powder particles during the process of feeding the absorbent cotton bands 1 and 2 and crimping them together with the rollers 4 and 5, as well as alternative means, etc. 74125, so the detailed description will be omitted here, but the only difference between this earlier application and the content of the present invention is that solid deodorant powder and moisture absorbing powder are used as solid powder. It uses mixed powder particles with wood powder particles, and is limited to the purpose of deodorizing, and is a fiber sheet. Examples of the present invention will be described below. [Table] As is clear from the above results, a solid deodorant whose active ingredient is the deodorizing ingredient contained in the leaves of the Camellia family, and a mixed powder of silica gel are sandwiched between cotton strips. According to the invention examples, it has been found that it has an outstanding deodorizing effect of over 81% to over 97% against trimethylamine, which is 70% or slightly more than when activated carbon is used. It deserves special mention as it far exceeds the odor effect. Further, according to the sheet of the present invention, it is made thin by compression and embossing, and its strength is reinforced and surface fuzzing and hair loss are suppressed, so it is easy to handle, lightweight, has a moderate waist, and is thin. Since the deodorant can be stored in a large space, it can be used for refrigerators, toilets, and cars, making it much more convenient to use than conventional solid deodorants.
