時に留め具2をワイヤハーネスWに対し一体に包
括固定することができワイヤハーネスWのずれ等
による品質上の問題点を解消することができる。
また、即乾性の接着剤24であるから極めて容易
に樹脂包括体25を成形することができるととも
に、第8図ないし第10図に示すように成形治具
13の注入成形室16の形状をワイヤハーネスW
の経路に応じた形状に形成することで経路に応じ
た樹脂包括体25を形成することができ、しか
も、一種類の留め具2でワイヤハーネスWの経路
に応じた数種類の固定が可能となつてワイヤハー
ネスの組立てを容易に実施でき、したがつて、部
品管理も容易となる等多くの特長がある。

より前記複数本の電線と留め具とを包括固定して
順次組立て成形する構成としたことにより、留め
具をワイヤハーネスに対し一体に包括固定するこ
とができワイヤハーネスのずれ等による品質上の
問題点を解消することができ、また、即乾性の接
着剤であるから極めて容易に樹脂包括体を成形す
ることができるとともに、成形治具の注入成形室
の形状をワイヤハーネスの経路に応じた形状に形
成することで経路に応じた樹脂包括体を形成する
ことができ、しかも、一種類の留め具でワイヤハ
ーネスWの経路に応じた数種類の固定が可能とな
つてワイヤハーネスの組立てを容易に実施でき、
したがつて、部品管理も容易となる。
