Conventionally, the elastic contact piece of the inner contact that captures the lead is placed at the axis of the cylindrical contact, and the lead inserted into the coaxial center from the upper opening of the contact forcibly expands the elastic contact piece to create contact pressure. A configuration is adopted to obtain the following.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventionally, the elastic contact piece of the inner contact has several contact pieces arranged to surround the axial center so as to capture the lead at the axial center. It is necessary to insert or remove the IC against the elasticity of the contact piece, and a large insertion/removal force is required to insert or remove the IC.
In this case, it becomes extremely difficult to insert and remove the material by hand.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a means for solving the high-load displacement problem in the connector, in which a pair of opposing elastic contact pieces are inserted into the cylindrical contact from a ring portion that press-fits and holds the inner contact into the cylindrical contact. A contact portion is formed at the free end of the inclined elastic contact piece to press and hold the lead at a position eccentric to one end of the inner diameter line of the cylindrical contact. However, a lead insertion space is formed at a position eccentric to the other end.

As described above, a contact standby position (lead-free insertion position) and a contact position are formed within the cylindrical contact 9. Lead 3 is moving plate 5
The pair of elastic contact pieces are inserted without load into the lead insertion space 11, which is the contact standby position, through the lead insertion hole 5a, and are moved from this position to the contact position of the elastic contact piece 10b, which is the contact position, on the inner diameter line X. 10b is intervened while being pushed apart against its elasticity, and a contact state is formed with a constant contact pressure.

In order to form a proper contact state that does not apply uneven pressure to the lead 3, the pair of elastic contact pieces 10b are opposed to each other parallel to the locus of movement of the lead 3 (inner diameter line X of the cylindrical contact 9) at least at the contact portion 10c. and place it. In order to properly intervene the lead 3, an inclined introduction surface 10d that widens laterally is formed on the lead intervention side edge of the elastic contact piece 10b.

In order to move the lead 3 as described above, the lead insertion hole 5a of the moving plate 5 is connected to the cylindrical contact 9.
While facing the opening, the lead 3 is captured and moved from the position corresponding to the contact standby position to the position corresponding to the contact position. In order to satisfy this condition, the lead insertion hole 5a has a center that moves on the inner diameter line X of the cylindrical contact 9, and has a diameter that is approximately the same as the lead diameter in order to capture the lead 3.

In other words, move the crank lever 8 in one direction (upright direction).
By rotating the movable plate 5 to the same direction, the lead insertion hole 5a is brought to a position corresponding to the contact standby position above the opening of the cylindrical contact 9, and in the same position, the lead 3 of the IC package 2 is The lead is inserted into the lead insertion space 11 in the cylindrical contact 9 without any load through the insertion hole 5a.

In the same state, when the crank lever 8 is further rotated in the other direction (lowering direction), the moving plate 5 is moved in the same direction, and the lead insertion hole 5a is moved to a position corresponding to the contact position above the opening of the cylindrical contact 9. As a result, the lead 3 moves within the cylindrical contact 9 on its inner diameter line X, and is interposed between the contact portions 10c of the pair of elastic contact pieces 10b to form a contact pressure state. By rotating the crank lever 8 from the prone state to the upright direction and moving the movable plate 5 in the opposite direction to the above, the reed 3 is released from between the elastic contact pieces 10b and returned to the contact standby position. The screen moves to the lead insertion space 11. Therefore, the lead 3 can be removed without any load.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, the present invention extends the pair of elastic contact pieces from the ring portion of the inner contact in an inclined manner along the vertically elongated hole of the cylindrical contact, and the free end of the cover inclined elastic contact piece. Since the contact part that holds the lead is formed at a position eccentric to one end of the inner diameter of the cylindrical contact, the elastic contact piece can be moved along the vertical hole without being limited by the inner diameter of the cylindrical contact. By extending diagonally, a sufficient spring length can be ensured, and while the spring length is sufficiently long, the contact part can be placed eccentrically at one end of the inner diameter of the cylindrical contact, and the other end can be unloaded. The configuration for contact from the insertion space can be rationally configured, and this makes it possible for the first time to realize a no-load type connector that allows for no-load insertion/extraction and contact with the inner contact within the limited hole diameter of the cylindrical contact. It is something.

For example, when an elastic contact piece is extended onto the inner diameter line of a cylindrical contact to ensure the contact position and no-load insertion space, the elastic contact piece is only 1 mm to 1.5 mm long.
Considering the current situation in which cylindrical contacts with very small hole diameters on the order of millimeters are used, it is completely difficult to secure a sufficient effective length of the elastic contact piece within the same limited hole diameter, and therefore This results in a very large contact resistance during intervention, which significantly defeats the purpose of no-load insertion.

In the present invention, the eccentric position within the cylindrical contact is ensured by extending the elastic contact piece obliquely along the vertically elongated hole of the cylindrical contact and forming a contact portion located at an eccentric position at the free end of the elastic contact piece. At the same time, the effective length of the elastic contact piece can be sufficiently ensured and the contact resistance can be significantly reduced, and a no-load type connector with cylindrical contacts can be appropriately formed.

In addition, the structural feature of the cylindrical contact, whose lower end is connected and closed by the male terminal and prevents flux from rising when the male terminal is soldered, is effectively utilized, and the contact is elastic without any risk of contact with flux. It is possible to extend the contact piece.
