ライニングが変形したりする。 Fluororesin is often used as the lining material. Fluororesin linings are flexible and have a coefficient of thermal expansion on the order of 10 -4 /°C, which is about 6 to 10 times higher than that of metal. Therefore, when molding by a normal method, when heated to the mold temperature during molding, it expands and creates a gap between it and the mold, and the resin enters the gap, causing burrs.
The lining may become deformed.

Molding of a cylindrical molded product characterized by preheating to a higher temperature than the mold temperature to make the inner diameter of the lining larger than the diameter of the core mold, setting it in the core mold, and then molding the molded product body with resin. It is about the method.

コア金型にセツトする。 In the present invention, the mold temperature is approximately 140 to 160°C, depending on the resin to be molded. Fluororesin lining is heated to a higher temperature, usually about 20°C, so the temperature is 160 to 180°C.
It is. Therefore, the lining material should be fairly heat resistant, such as TFE resin, DFA resin,
FEP resin etc. are preferred. The shape of the lining is
At the above mold temperature, the circular diameter is set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the core mold in which the lining is set.
By heating this lining to a temperature higher than the mold temperature, its inner diameter is expanded to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the core mold. In this state, set it in the core mold.

The present invention takes advantage of the fact that the coefficient of thermal expansion of the lining material such as Teflon is considerably larger than that of the mold, and since the lining can be brought into close contact with the core mold, there is no resin between the lining and the core mold. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of burrs and, in turn, to prevent deformation of the lining. Therefore,
A cylindrical molded product having a lining can be molded without causing molding defects.
