本発明は新規な真綿ふとんの製造方法に関す

いものとなつている。 Conventional cotton futons are made of so-called hand-pulled cotton, which is made from right-angled cotton (thickness 1 to 2 mm,
The product is made by stacking approximately 300 sheets of paper (approximately 30 cm in length and width) with both hands and enlarging them from both sides to a specified size.As the work is done entirely by hand, it is difficult to control the amount of force and there is a considerable amount of pressure required. It is not necessary for a skilled person to stretch it to a certain thickness or size.
Furthermore, since it takes a lot of time and cannot be produced in large quantities, the price per product has been extremely high since ancient times.

る。 In view of the above points, the present invention improves productivity by using machines such as a cocoon opening machine and a carding machine instead of the conventional manual work.
The present invention can be improved by up to 20 times and the product price can be reduced by 1/3 to 1/5. An example of the implementation of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The cocoon opening machine 2 uses the rotation of the wire brush roller 3 to scrape the cocoon thread 4 onto the surface of the cocoon thread 4 to a certain thickness. Make the rolled cotton 5 about 60cm wide and 200cm long.

る。 Therefore, the above-mentioned expanded cotton 5 was divided into two in the length direction and equally cut in the horizontal direction, so that the length was approximately 7 cm to 15 cm.
The cut cotton 6 is made into 1.5-1.8 m wide, 1.5-2.6 m long, and 1.5 m thick by carding machine 7.
It is made into unit cotton 8 cm to 2 cm.

Since it is relatively thick at about 1cm to 2cm, the lamination work can be as little as 3 sheets for thin sheets and 8 sheets for thick ones.
Therefore, the lamination work is easy and does not take much time.

When stacking only in the vertical direction, the unit cotton 8 taken out from the carding machine 7 is continuously wound around the outer circumferential surface of the drum whose circumference becomes the vertical dimension, and the unit cotton 8 taken out from the carding machine 7 is cut in the length direction of the drum by the necessary rotation. This can be done mechanically by removing it, spreading it out, and cutting off both ends.

ものに対する変更は自由である。 On the other hand, in the present invention, the cut cotton 6 has a vertical dimension of 7.
If the fiber length is 7cm or less, the fiber length will be short and the value as cotton will be reduced. If the fiber length is 15cm or more, it will be too long to be cut by the carding machine. This makes the carding effect difficult. On the other hand, the width 1.5m to 1.8m and length 1.5m to 2.6m of unit cotton 8 are dimensions determined to accommodate single width or double width and size for children or adults, and are not suitable for special items. Changes are free.

吸湿性に優れる特徴を有するのである。 In the present invention, the knitted silk fabric is used for the comforter 10 because it is flexible, fits well to the body as a comforter, is warm, and feels good against the skin. On the other hand, the use of cotton knit fabric has the characteristics of not only good conformability to the body but also excellent moisture absorption.

We were able to double the improvement and reduce the product price to 1/3 to 1/5.
