The method of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the embodiment of the apparatus shown in FIG. 2.A liquid storage tank 2 for storing cleaning liquid 1 is installed above. A flow outlet 4 is opened at one end of the bottom plate 3 of the liquid storage tank 2 to allow the cleaning liquid 1 to flow down. A flow guide plate 5 having an arcuate cross section is provided on the side opposite to the wall of the liquid storage tank 2 at the flow outlet 3, and a partition plate 6 is provided from the upper end of the flow guide plate 5 to the bottom plate 3 to allow the cleaning liquid 1 to flow down. Information board 5
The water is made to flow down from the outlet 4 in a waterfall shape under the guidance of the guide.

One side of the flow outlet 4 is connected to the liquid receiving tank 7 through a partition plate 11, the other side of the flow outlet 4 is connected through an ultrasonic diaphragm 12, and a passage 13 is formed between the partition plate 11 and the ultrasonic diaphragm 12. The cleaning liquid 1 is formed so that the cleaning liquid 1 flows down. An ultrasonic vibrator 14 is fixed on the side of the ultrasonic diaphragm 12 opposite to the passage 13.

The present generator is constructed as described above, and the cleaning liquid 1 is sufficiently stored in the liquid storage tank 2 by the partition wall 6, and is caused to flow down from the flow opening 4 in a waterfall shape under the guidance of the flow guide plate 5. The object to be cleaned 16 is passed through this flowing cleaning liquid 1 in an upright state under the guidance of the upper and lower transport rollers 15, ... 15', ..., and the object to be cleaned 16 is irradiated with ultrasonic vibrations from the ultrasonic vibrator 14. The object 16 to be cleaned is slightly vibrated back and forth to perform cleaning.

In the device of the present invention, the passage 13 through which the cleaning liquid 1 flows is formed by the partition plate 11 and the ultrasonic diaphragm 12, so that the object to be cleaned 16 passing through the passage 13 and the ultrasonic diaphragm 12 are separated. Since the interval can be narrowed and the cleaning liquid 1 can be applied uniformly, the cleaning effect can be improved.
