るシールリングが運搬中に脱落する事を防止し
て、シールリングの紛失に伴うシリンダヘツドガ
スケツトの不良品発生を防止出来、製品の歩留り
を向上する事が出来る。c. Claims (1)
孔と流体を通す為の透孔とを穿設し、上記ボア孔
の内周縁部に金属薄板製のグロメツトを、透孔の
内側に金属製で環状の基板の両面にシール材を設
けたシールリングを、それぞれ装着したシリンダ
ヘツドガスケツトに於いて、上記シール材の基板
の外周縁部の複数個所に外方に向けて形成したT
字形の延出部を、上記基板に対して90度よりも少
し小さい角度捻る事で係止部とし、この係止部
を、上記透孔の外周縁部で係止部に整合する位置
に形成した切欠きに挿入し、シリンダヘツドガス
ケツトを構成するシートの上下両面から突出した
係止部の両端を上記シートの上下両面に向けて折
り曲げ、上記基板を透孔の内側に支持した事を特
徴とする、シリンダヘツドガスケツト。1.
