て立ち去るという場合もなり、機械にはこの状態
と現金の取り忘れとの区別がつかないため、一定
時間経過後障害となつてしまうことがある。この
ような欠点を除去するために、明細票の取り残し
があつた場合、その明細票を一定時間経過後装置
内に自動的に取り込んで装置の運用を再開する方
法が取られている例もあるが、紙幣が残つている
場合、取り込んだ紙幣が、それ以前に取り込んだ
紙幣や二重紙幣等で再計数が行なわれるなどの理
由で回収された紙幣と収納箱の中で混り合つてし
まうため、後で客から申請があつた場合、過不足
が生じたりすることも考えられる。また、機械が
そような動作をすることが分ると、放出した紙幣
を一部抜き取つて取り込ませるなどの犯罪行為を
誘発するため余り好ましい方法とはいえない面が
ある。これを防止するためには、専用の取り込み
用回収箱を設けて計数時の異常で回収された紙幣
とは分けて1回だけ取り込むようにしておけばよ
いが、取り込みが2回以上発生した場合や取り込
んだことによる顧客とのトラブルは解消された訳
ではない。
