Conventionally, refrigerator boxes, for example, have been manufactured by injecting a foamed insulating material such as foamed polyurethane in the form of a undiluted solution into a box shell consisting of an outer box, an inner box, etc., and then foam-filling the box. In this case, when foaming the foamed heat insulating material, the box shell is placed on a jig, and the jig receives the foaming pressure to prevent deformation of the box shell. However, the jig is manufactured separately from the box shell, so a gap is likely to occur between the jig and the box shell, and if left as is, the box shell will deform by the gap. The problem arises. Conventionally, the gap has been adjusted by filling the jig with cured resin or by scraping off a portion and attaching a separately manufactured part.

However, among the gap adjustment methods described above, those that build up hardened resin have the problem that it takes a long time for the resin to harden, while those that remove the jig and attach another part have the problem that it takes a long time to harden. There was a problem that processing was time consuming. Either method requires surface treatment to prevent damage to the rear box shell, which is time consuming and costly. was.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 in FIG. 2 is an outer box, 3 is an inner box, and 4 is a foam insulation material that is injected in the form of a undiluted solution and filled with foam inside the box shell 1 consisting of the outer box 2, inner box 3, etc. be. On the other hand, 5 is a jig for the box shell 1, especially the inner box 3, and 6 is the main body of the jig. Reference numeral 7 denotes a first plate affixed as shown in FIG. 1 at a portion A in FIG. 8 is a second elastic sheet attached to the entire outer surface of the jig main body 6, covering the first elastic sheet 7, each having a thickness of, for example, 1 to 3 [mm].
The jig 5 is made of felt having a thickness of 1,000,000,000,000 yen, and these allow the entire outer surface of the jig 5 to fit closely with the inner surface of the inner box 3.

容易にできる。 As described above, in this embodiment, the first elastic sheet 7 and the second elastic sheet 8 are provided on the outer surface of the jig main body 6.
The elastic sheets 7 and 8 are attached so that the entire outer surface of the jig 5 closely matches the inner surface of the inner box 3, and the elastic sheets 7 and 8 can be cut with scissors and can be easily attached and bonded. Because it can be done easily and reliably using chemicals, etc.
It does not require much time or labor to process, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent damage to the box shell 1 without having to perform a final treatment after pasting, thereby further reducing the labor involved in processing. can be omitted and cost savings can be achieved. Moreover, according to the elastic sheets 7 and 8, even if there is a slight difference in size, the difference can be absorbed by the elasticity, and therefore processing can be made easier.

is pasted in the same location as above, extending outward, and by doing so, the residual foaming of the foam insulation material 4 after the inner box 3 is separated from the jig 5 is prevented. Deformation due to pressure can be anticipated and deformed inwardly, so that deformation can ultimately be eliminated. In this case, although the illustrated portion is in a so-called undercut state, since the elastic sheets 7 and 8 have elasticity, the box shell 1 can be set and removed without any problem.

Also, the elastic sheet may be made of an elastic material other than felt.
It may be implemented with appropriate changes within the scope of the gist.
