Conventional structure and its problems When heat pipes made of copper pipes are used in solar water heaters, usually multiple heat exchange parts of the heat pipes are inserted as bare copper tubes into the water of the hot water tank. Ru. In this type of system, the heated and stored water has a high copper ion concentration due to the elution of copper, which is the material of the heat exchanger. Corrosion typically occurs over the entire surface of so-called copper pipes. This copper ion concentration often exceeds the tap water standard of 1 ppm. This elution of copper ions is largely influenced by an increase in chlorine ions, sulfate ions, nitrate ions, residual chlorine, etc. contained in the water used and a decrease in hydrogen ion concentration (PH).

If water containing copper ions is repeatedly brought into contact with bathtubs, washbasins, and towels, insoluble blue substances may adhere to them. This is because copper reacts with fatty acids and ammonium contained in soap and sweat, producing fatty acid copper or ammonium salts of copper, resulting in a blue substance. This is what is commonly referred to as the "blue water" problem.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a metal having a high ionization tendency, such as magnesium, mounted on one side of the heat exchanger via a substrate, and a metal with a high ionization tendency, such as magnesium, is attached to the side of the heat exchanger that contacts the heat exchanger. A convex portion is provided toward the base plate, and the convex portion is attached to the heat exchanger by a conductive fixed wire having a spring action so that the convex portion makes point contact or line contact.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes the main body of a solar water heater, and a heat pipe 2 in which fluorocarbon gas or the like is sealed in a copper pipe is installed inside the main body. There is a heat exchange section 4 above the heat pipe 2, which functions to transfer the amount of heat collected from the sun to the water 3b of the hot water storage tank 3. A corrosion protection unit 5 is attached to the upper surface of this heat exchange section 4. This anti-corrosion unit 5 is machined to have such a size that it can be attached and removed at will from the upper opening 3a of the hot water storage tank, ie, from the portion where the water supply ball tap 6 is attached, as shown in FIG.

The structure of this anticorrosion unit 5 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. 5a is a magnesium ingot used as an example of a metal having a greater tendency to ionize than the heat exchange part 4. This magnesium ingot 5a is screwed and fixed by a mounting bolt 5d passing through the substrate 5c and the box-shaped container 5f against which one end of the fixing wire 5e comes into contact. A silicon sealant 5 is applied in advance to the contact surface between the magnesium ingot 5a and the substrate 5c.

Both left and right ends of the substrate 5c are bent to fit along the heat exchange section 4, thereby creating a fitting structure with the heat exchange section 4. Further, the boat-shaped convex portion A protruding toward the heat exchange section is brought into line contact (or point contact) in parallel with the heat exchange section 4, thereby stabilizing the mounting structure. Usually, this substrate 5c is optimally made of stainless steel, copper, or a copper alloy. The fixed wire 5e is made of a conductive material such as stainless steel, and is formed into a U-shape to have spring elasticity. The other end of this fixed wire 5e is bent into an L shape, and the two heat pipe heat exchange parts 4
It is arranged so that it is hooked onto the bottom side of the holder and comes into contact with it. This heat pipe 2 is usually formed of a plurality of heat pipes, but the length of two is used for mounting the present anticorrosion unit 5. Further, the plurality of heat pipes 2 are electrically integrated by heat collecting part fins 2a.

Further, a V-shaped groove is provided on the substrate 5c, and the fixing wire 5e is movably held between it and the lower surface side of the box-shaped container 5f. The box-shaped container 5f is usually made of a plastic material that is highly water and heat resistant.

In addition, since the board attached to the heat exchange part has a convex part, heated water rises along the heat exchange part by convection in a solar water heater used in the condition shown in Figure 1. This makes it difficult to interfere with the process, and also makes it difficult for crevice corrosion to occur.
