The present invention uses organic compounds with a variety of different polarities corresponding to the diversity of pollutants to be removed, and creates a composition that maintains stable liquid properties as a whole due to the mutual compatibility of adjacent polarities. Concerning multi-purpose ink erasers formulated within the range. Conventional ink erasers are for water-based ink,
The main method used to be to decolorize and remove mixed deposits of iron salts, tannins, dyes, etc. using chlorine whitening, but now with the advent of new writing instruments such as ballpoint pens and magic pens, and advances in printing and copying technology. The variety of inks, including the associated colorants and solvents, makes the technology for removing them even more complex. Today, changing or modifying the tracing paper for drafting and other drawings, which are often used in mechanical, electrical, architectural, and civil engineering design offices, has become an indispensable daily task. Until now, the reality was that writing written with writing instruments other than pencils or special water-based ballpoint pens could not be erased at all, or could not be removed sufficiently. The purpose of the present invention is to almost completely eliminate these problems, and furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to almost completely eliminate these problems, and furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to eliminate the problems caused by drawings on the surface of smooth materials including second copy paper, art paper, vinyl, plastic, glass, film, ceramics, stainless steel, decorative plywood, etc. Printing ink, oil-based marker, ballpoint pen, paint, crayon, fountain pen, and pencil marks can be almost completely dissolved and bleached.
This contributes to efficiency and rationalization of work, eliminates wastage due to unnecessary writing, etc., and results in resource conservation. The multi-purpose ink eraser of the present invention uses several types of solvents of different polarities to dissolve and remove inks containing various colorants and solvents that adhere to paper, cloth, and other adherend materials mainly by wetting. This is a multi-purpose ink eraser consisting of a mixed system of surfactants and surfactants. The ingredients and composition range of the multi-purpose ink eraser are shown below in chemical structural formula and percentage.

[Table] Substances with the chemical structural formulas (1) to (4) above are made by combining solvents with slightly different polarities so that they have solubility in various inks, and can be dissolved and extracted from any ink. This slight difference in polarity brings about compatibility between adjacent solvents, which is thought to contribute to the long-term retention of liquid properties as a whole. The action of the surfactant (5) is to lower the surface tension and allow liquid to penetrate. A further preferred embodiment of the ink erasing component of the present invention comprising the above-mentioned compound mixture system is when R=methyl or ethyl group for number (1), i.e.
HCON(CH 3 ) 2 or HCON(C 2 H 5 ) 2 , for number (2), when R 1 = methyl group, R 2 = C 4 H 9 group, i.e.
CH 3 COOC 4 H 9 , for number (3) if R 3 = C 4 H 9 , i.e. For number (4), R 4 =methyl or ethyl group, ie CH 3 OH, or C 2 H 5 OH is preferred. number(5)
The surfactant may be anionic, cationic, or nonionic, but cationic surfactants are most effective, and it is particularly desirable to use cationic surfactants containing fluorine groups. Earlier, I touched on the wetting phenomenon of ink and ink eraser to the substrate, but to explain this in more detail, there are three types of wetting phenomena regarding the permeability of the liquid to the adherend: extended wetting, adhesion ( There are two types of wetting: adsorption) wetting and immersion wetting, and these types of wetting generally coexist, but it depends on the permeability of the solvent, the properties of the adherend such as paper, cloth, and other materials, the type of fiber, its length and shortness, and the application to it. Wetting distribution varies depending on the amount of filling. (1) Expanded wetting This type of wetting is superficial and does not penetrate deeply. (2) Adhesive wetting is wetting that penetrates slightly deeper than the surface, and is also called adsorption wetting because it is accompanied by an adsorption phenomenon. (3) Immersion wetting refers to wetting in which contamination penetrates deeply from the surface. Examples of these are as follows. Various types of ink (printing ink, magick, ballpoint pen, etc.) written on materials with smooth surfaces such as art paper, tracing paper, second copy base paper, and film have little immersion wetness because the material paper contains a large amount of filler. , is mainly an extended wetting,
In order to remove this, the anionic pollutants are neutralized using the solubility of solvents with various polarities in (1) to (4) above and the fluorine-based cationic surfactant in (5).
At the same time, a reduction in surface tension (approximately 15dyne/cm)
As a result, the static electricity is further removed and can be quickly eliminated. As explained above, the present invention is composed of a surfactant and a solvent of different polarity that can dissolve many commercially available inks. The selection takes into account the diversity of inks being used, and the compatibility between compounds based on slight differences in polarity due to differences in their chemical structures is utilized to ensure mutual compatibility. This is because the overall stability of the product is sufficient to withstand long-term storage, and the combined use of a limited number of surfactants enhances the action of lifting and dissolving contaminants. Another important feature of the ink eraser of the present invention is that it contains low-toxicity substances in consideration of the fact that the ink eraser may be touched by the user's fingertips. The following table shows the LD 50 (50% mortality rate when the dose is in grams per kilogram of body weight) of the multi-purpose ink eraser composition of the present invention.

[Table] As shown in Table 1 above, the multi-purpose ink eraser of the present invention has little toxicity and belongs to the class of drugs that are extremely safe to use. Next, examples of the present invention will be shown. Example 1 Compounds having the following chemical structures are added and mixed in the following order and blending ratio to make a total of 100 g. 40g of HCON( CH3 ) 2 , 20g of CH3COOC4H9 , 20g, fluorine-based cationic surfactant (solid content 30
%) solution 0.1g, finally add CH 3 CH 2 OH
The amount of the solution was adjusted to 100 g to produce a transparent solution of the present invention. This transparent liquid does not change or precipitate even when stored for two months at ambient temperature. An example in which the ink eraser prepared according to this example was actually used is as follows. (1) Erasing ballpoint pen marks on tracing paper is extremely easy and leaves no traces. (2) Compared to other ink erasers, printing on the same tracing paper can be removed more quickly and the erased traces are cleaner. (3) When wiping off printing on art paper, art imitation paper, and copy paper, the print marks are neatly removed and the surrounding area remains in the same condition as before printing without leaving any traces of contamination. (4) Paint, nail polish, etc. can be easily removed. (5) Graffiti on plastic walls, oil-based markers on tables, sheets, crayons, etc. are easily removed. In general, the multi-purpose ink eraser according to the present invention exhibits particularly remarkable effects in the following cases. (1) Resin screen printing and hot stamps can be removed without damaging the base. (2) Drafting ink. (3) Second original drawing revised, drafter dirty. (4) Correction of art paper prints. (5) Rewriting price cards and plastic nameplates. (6) Removal of oil-based markers, crayons, indestructible inks, and stamps. (7) Removal of various adhesives such as paint and bond. (8) Ballpoint pen, tracing paper, film, stamp ink on type paper, type ink, and erasure of copies written on notebooks.
