を押圧移動させて釘の打込みが行われるようにな

のみで高級家具に対する木釘打ちを能率的に遂行

プツシヤ10の頭部10aが木釘5の頭体n(或
は接目m)背後に当接して押圧するようになすの
である。しかして、マガジン7先端部には上記プ
ツシヤ10の弾撥力を受け止め、且つピストンの
作動で木釘5を下向きに移動させて打込みが行わ
れるようになすための溝兼用のドライバガイド1
1が対向状態に1対(11c,11b)設けてあ
り、このうち少くとも1つのドライバガイド(図
示例では11a)は木釘頭体n間の接目mが嵌入
可能となる切欠12が設けてあつて、木釘打ちに
さいし隣接する木釘頭体間の接目mが上記切欠1
2内に嵌入された状態で行われるようになされ
る。このことは板材の柾目がピストンの作動方向
と同方向となされていることからピストンの作動
と共に接目m部分が木釘の頭体nと容易に破断さ
れるものとなるのであり、破断された接目m部分
は切欠12側面部が解放状態となされていること
から、該切欠12を介して開放側へ自然排出され

部よりも肉厚となる楔状断面で、且つ柾目がその
上辺部から下辺部へ向う如くなした薄肉板とな
し、該薄肉板の上辺側で一定寸法分頭体と接目部
分として残すことにより長さ方向へ一定巾間隔に
多数のスリツトを穿設して全体的に櫛歯状をなし
た木釘を構成し、該木釘をエアーコンプレツサを
使用した釘打機のマガジンに収納して木製家具類
に対し打込むようになすことを特徴とする木釘の
打込み方法。 2 マガジン端部へスプリングを介し押圧されて
なる木釘を受けとめると共に、釘打機のピストン
作動で上記木釘の打込み案内をするドライバガイ
ドに於いて、木釘の頭体に相応する箇所を外方へ
開放した切欠に形成し、木釘打込みにさいし隣接
する木釘頭体間の接ぎ部分が嵌入されることを特
徴とした特許請求の範囲第1項記載で使用する釘
