Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は小形モーター、特に小形モーターを構
成する有底円筒状ブラケツトとその製造方法に関
する。

されている。これら2つのブラケツト1,1を自
動組立する場合、径方向の位置決めはブラケツト
1の外周面を利用して両ブラケツトのセンター出
しを行なうことができるが、ブラケツト1の回転
方向の位置決めを行なうためには何らかの工夫が
必要である。そこで従来より、第3図及び第4図
に示すように、有底円筒状のブラケツト1の平面
部1aに突起2や穴3を設け、これら突起2また
は穴3を回転方向の位置決めとして利用するもの
が提供されているが、第3図に示すような突起2
は小形モーターの必要条件である薄形化という点
でマイナスであり、また第4図に示すような穴3
は回転摺動部に悪影響を与えるばかりでなく、モ
ーターの内部より発生する回転音や電気ノイズを
外部に出してしまうという欠点がある。さらに回
転方向の位置決めを行なう他の方法として、モー
ター取付のために平面部1aに設けられたネジ穴
(図示せず)を利用するものも提案されているが、
位置決めの際にネジ穴の先端を破損してしまうと
いう欠点がある。
