発明が解決しようとする問題点

め、送風機の最低回転数を保障すると、風量で定

ことができない。従つて、暖房負荷が著しく小さ
い場合は送風機のオン−オフ制御とならざるを得
ないため、室温変動が大きい等快適性を損なうこ
とが多い。又、風量のみで能力調節を行なうた
め、能力を絞つた場合熱交換器の能力が余つてし
まい、相対的に吹出温度が上昇してしまい不快感
を与えるだけでなく、吹き出された温風と室温と
の温度差が多きいため浮力による上昇気流も増大
し、室内上下の温度差が大きくなり、快適性を損

となるようモータのノツチも段階的に制御し、吹
き出される温風の温度が略一定となるように構成

ルバルブ5、電動機6等が取り付けられている。
前記電動ボールバルブ5は熱交換器3と配管接続
口7との間に設けられ、送風機2の吹込側に置か
れた室温センサー8からの信号と操作部より人為
的に設定された温度との比較をして室温制御部4
により電動機6と共に制御される(第2図参照)。
電動ボールバルブ5はバルブ本体5a及びステツ
ピングモータ5bとから成るので、室温制御部4
からの信号によりバルブ開度、即ち温水流量を段
階的に制御することができる。又、電動機6の回
転数制御即ち風量制御も同時に行なうため、予じ
め吹出温風温度が一定になるよう定められたバル
ブの開度に対応する回転数に段階的に切替えるこ
とにより能力調節幅も従来例の100〜70%に比べ
100〜50%程度と拡大することができる。これら
により、能力調節幅が拡がつて、吹出温度が高く
なりすぎないため、直接温風に当つた場合の不快
感がなく、室内上下温度差が大きくならず、温度
分布が改善される。又、暖房負荷とのマツチング
がしやすくなり、送風機のオン−オフ頻度が少な
くなる等快適性を著しく向上させることができ
