たり、宅内機器をモニター又はコントロールする

音したり、暗証番号の入力があれば宅内機器のモ
ニター又はコントロール等を行なう等の機能を開
始していた。しかるに、上述のように、留守であ
る旨を不特定呼者にいきなり伝えることは、防犯
上きわめて問題がある。即ち、一般に、泥棒が入
ろうとする家に前もつて電話をして留守であるか
