答性の過敏感を考慮して大略0mm〜30mmの距離xf
を置いて変位検出器21を設け、その検出器の前
記中心線Y〜Y′とほぼ平行に移動する移動検出
端22aを倣い板14の周面に接触し、ワーク溶
