Generally, radioactive waste liquid storage containers (hereinafter referred to as storage containers) store waste fats and waste liquids such as radioactive waste resins and powdered fats generated during the operation of nuclear reactors.

When disposing of the waste liquid that has become full in this manner, the waste liquid is gradually removed from the storage container and subjected to radioactivity reduction treatment using a radioactive waste liquid treatment device over a period of about half a year.

On the other hand, due to the difference in weight, waste fat and waste liquid accumulate in the storage container in two layers: at the bottom and at the top. Therefore, during the radioactive waste liquid treatment time, a stirrer is inserted into the storage container to uniformly mix the waste liquid, waste fat, etc., and the waste liquid, etc. is taken out.

However, in the method described in JP-A-56-109000, the stirrer is immersed in waste liquid, etc., and is taken out and stored outside the storage container without being washed. Therefore, it is necessary to shield the stirrer from radiation. Therefore, a large-scale operation trolley was required. In addition, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No.
In the method described in Japanese Patent No. 53-34100, the stirrer taken out of the storage container is cleaned by directly spraying cleaning water, which has the disadvantage that radioactive materials are scattered. In addition, the above-mentioned special public service 1983-
The method described in Japanese Patent No. 23600 cleans the storage container by spraying washing water onto the agitator, but it is necessary to attach a cleaning device to each of the many storage containers.

In addition, conventionally, a device has been proposed in which a stirrer storage cask is provided that stores and covers the stirrer outside the storage container and is moved together with the stirrer. This requires additional equipment and is expensive.

In addition, the stirrer must be inspected periodically during long-term operation over half a year, but since the stirrer storage cask cannot be disassembled, it is difficult to clean the internal stirrer at an inspection and cleaning site. In order to facilitate this cleaning and inspection work, a large work space should be provided between the agitator and the agitator storage cask, but on the other hand, the agitator storage cask is very large, for example at least twice the size of the agitator. It was impossible to effectively utilize the space in the reactor building. There was also the possibility that workers would be exposed to radiation.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and it is possible to reliably clean the stirrer with one cleaning device without providing cleaning devices in each of a large number of storage containers, and the cost is low. This agitator handles radioactive waste liquid storage containers, which can prevent radioactive contamination, and can be disassembled and reassembled to reduce the size of the entire device, make effective use of space, and facilitate cleaning and inspection work. The purpose is to provide equipment.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a concrete frame, and a large number of storage containers 2, 2 are arranged in parallel inside the concrete frame. An inner lining 2a is attached to the inner surface of the storage container 2, and an opening 2c is provided in the center of the upper lid 2b, which is formed around a pedestal 3. Further, the opening 2c of the concrete frame 1
An opening 1a is bored directly above the concrete hatch 4, which allows the agitator storage cask 10 to pass therethrough. A transport mechanism 6 is provided on the ceiling 5 above the opening 1a. This transport mechanism 6 is formed by a monorail 7 attached to the ceiling and a crane 8 that moves along this monorail 7, and a wire 8a suspended from the crane 8 is connected to the top wall of the agitator storage cask 10. It is inserted through a hole 10a formed in the hole 10a, and its lower end is attached to the stirrer 9 so as to be connectable thereto. Therefore, when the agitator 9 is lifted by the crane 8, the agitator 9 and the wire 8a
The connecting portion engages with the top wall of the agitator storage cask 10, and the two become one, so that the agitator storage cask 10 can be moved horizontally and vertically together with the agitator 9 by operating the crane 8. On the other hand, when the stirrer 9 is lowered together with the stirrer storage cask 10 and the stirrer storage cask 10 is placed on the pedestal 3 as shown by the solid line in FIG. separated from Therefore, only the agitator 9 can be lowered further or the agitator storage cask 10 can be accessed from below.

Guide rollers 9a, 9a are protruded from the top, bottom, left and right of the stirrer 9, respectively. Guide rails 11, 11 guide the guide rollers 9a, 9a to allow the stirrer 9 to move up and down in a stable manner.
are provided in the storage container 2 directly below the opening 2c in the vertical direction. Each guide rail 11 has extension members 12, 1 stretched between them and the inner wall surface of the storage container 2.
It is held in position by 2. Further, the stirrer storage cask 10 has a square box shape that covers the stirrer 9 and can be placed on the pedestal 3,
When the stirrer storage cask 10 is placed on the pedestal 3, when the bottom cover 13 at the lower end is opened, the stirrer 9 is inserted into the guide rail 11 from the lower opening 10b.
It is designed to guide you in the direction of. Additionally, inside the agitator storage cask 10, there is a cleaning mechanism 1 consisting of cleaning piping, nozzles, etc. that sprays cleaning water at two locations, upper and lower, toward the agitator 9 housed inside.
4 is provided. This cleaning mechanism 14 is formed so as to be freely connectable to a cleaning liquid supply section 15 consisting of piping and the like provided outside the agitator storage cask 10.
