(Prior art) This type of gas filling device is, for example,
As described in Publication No. 144581, a hot ray receiving part, a hot ray fixing part that has a hot ray and connects and separates the hot ray from the hot ray receiving part, and a gas is ejected between the hot ray receiving part and the hot ray fixing part. and a nozzle with a gas outlet bent horizontally, and the opening of the bag containing the item to be packaged is placed between the heat ray receiving part and the heat ray fixing part, and is placed over the nozzle, so that the gas jet of the nozzle is Gas is injected directly into the bag from the outlet, gas is sealed inside the bag, the hot wire of the hot wire fixing part is pressed against the hot wire receiving part, and the opening of the bag is welded by applying electricity to the hot wire, and the inside of the bag is sealed. The packaged items are sealed in a gas-filled state.

By the way, when gas is sealed in a bag and sealed by welding, the direction in which the gas is ejected matches the direction in which it escapes from between the heat ray receiver and the heat ray fixing part of the bag.
The bag may move due to the force of the gas jet, and the opening of the bag may fall off from the nozzle or between the heat ray receiving part and the heat ray fixing part, or the gas may come out of the bag opening without entering the inside of the bag. Gas cannot be sufficiently filled into the bag, and furthermore, due to misalignment of the opening of the bag, wrinkles and poor welding are likely to occur at the welded portion of the bag.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, the conventional gas filling device uses a clamp mechanism operated by an air cylinder or the like to prevent the bag from moving, which is expensive. As the size increases, the structure becomes larger. In addition, since the upper end of the nozzle is bent horizontally to form the gas outlet, it is difficult to manufacture the nozzle, and since it is held by a clamp mechanism, it must be strong, making the nozzle expensive. It was hot. Furthermore, since the gas is directly ejected from the nozzle into the bag, the gas hits the packaged items in the bag with a strong ejection force, causing the packaged items to be displaced or scattered.

The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and it is possible to prevent the opening of the bag from moving due to gas ejection with a simple structure, and the nozzle also has a simple structure, so it can be constructed at low cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas filling device that can reduce displacement and scattering of objects to be packaged in a bag.

At this time, the bag holding member 15 prevents the opening 38 of the bag 37 from floating upward and also prevents the tip of the opening 38 of the bag 37 from widening. Further, the gas ejected from the gas spout 33 of the nozzle 34 is guided along the bag holding member 15 and passes between the heat ray receiver 6 and the heat ray fixing part 8 to the bag 3.
Furthermore, since the gas outlet 33 of the nozzle 34 is provided flatly, the gas flows smoothly into the interior of the bag 37. Further, the gas ejected from the gas ejection port 33 of the nozzle 34 hits the bag holding member 15 and then flows into the bag 37, and hits the packaged items in the bag 37 with the gas ejection force weakened. Misalignment and scattering of the packaged items can be reduced.

Next, by suctioning the air in the cylinder chamber 24 of the lifting mechanism 7 from the cylinder suction port, the piston 22 is pulled up against the spring 25, and the cylinder shaft 21 and the hot wire fixing part 8 are raised, and the hot wire fixing part The hot wire 29 of No. 8 is pressed against the hot wire receiving part 6 through the opening 38 of the bag 37, and the hot wire 29
By energizing 9, the surface temperature of the hot wire 29 rises and the opening 8 of the bag 37 is thermally welded.
The packaged items inside are sealed with gas inside.

Moreover, after welding is completed, inside the cylinder chamber 24,
By switching the valve mechanism, atmospheric air is sent from the cylinder suction port 27, and the piston 22 is pushed down by the elasticity of the spring 25, returning to its pre-operation state.
The cylinder shaft 21 and the hot wire fixing part 8 are lowered,
The hot wire 29 separates from the hot wire receiving portion 6.

Note that the ejection force of the gas ejected from the nozzle 34 is determined by the outflow pressure of the gas adjusted by the pressure regulator of the gas cylinder installed outside the vacuum packaging machine 1, and also by the pressure inside the vacuum packaging machine 1. It is determined by the diameter of the pipe, the diameter of the nozzle 34, and the shape of the gas outlet 33, and the degree of gas filling into the inside of the bag 37 can be adjusted. In the experiment, when the gas outflow pressure was 1 kg/cm 2 , the diameter of the nozzle 34 was 10 mm and the width l (shown in Figure 2) of the gas outlet 33 was 2 mm.
It is possible to improve the degree of gas filling into the interior of the tube.

According to the present invention, a nozzle provided with a gas spout for ejecting gas upward is disposed on the side of the hot wire fixing part, and a nozzle with a gas spout for blowing gas upward is disposed on the side of the hot wire receiving part, and the upper surface of the nozzle and A bag holding member surrounding the side surface is provided, and the bag holding member prevents the opening of the bag from moving when gas is ejected from the gas outlet of the nozzle. Movement can be prevented with a simple configuration, and the nozzle can also be configured at a simple cost, making it possible to configure the device at low cost. Since the gas flows into the bag, the gas hits the packaged items in the bag in a state where the ejection force is weakened, and it is possible to reduce displacement and scattering of the packaged items in the bag.
