薄いノズル4を形成した場合には、ノズル4の先
端部に変形やクラツクが生じ易いものである。

3を同心に穿設してノズル4を形成し、次いでノ
ズル4の先端部外周を第2図cに示す如く多数の
円形の穴6を設けた電極7にて放電加工して肉厚
を薄くし、先端部を細くするものである。

グラスフアイバー等の糸の太さが細く、且つばら
つきが殆んど無いので、寸法精度の高いものが得
られる等の効果を奏する。
