Generally, roof shingles made of metal sheets were laid from the eaves side to the ridge side, from the bottom to the top, but the roof shingles are less likely to be damaged and can be easily applied to steeply sloped roofs. For this reason, it has recently become common practice to install roof shingles from the ridge side to the eave side.

The conventional hangers used for roofs covered with the above-mentioned roof sheets from the ridge side to the eaves side only have the function of connecting and holding the connecting and engaging parts of both the ridge side and eave side roof sheets to the supporting member, After the ridge end of the ridge roof board is hooked to the hanger, the material is inserted from the eave side between the ridge roof board and the supporting member, and then the ridge roof board and the eave roof board are connected. Since the next hanger for engagement was fixed to the support member, a gap in the direction of the eave ridge tends to occur between the base material on both the ridge side and the eave side, and the base material must be positioned so that this gap does not occur. The problem was that it was difficult and workability was poor.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the base material is inserted from the eaves side between the support member and the ridge side roof board, and the eave side end of the ridge side base material is brought into contact with the receiving part to support the base material. By supporting the eave side end of the eave side base material on the top of the eaves side base material, and by making the ridge side end of the eave side base material contact the rising board from the eaves side and supporting the eave side base material on the mounting plate, the ridge side base material is supported on the mounting plate. The side edges of both the side and eave side base materials can be placed and positioned so that they overlap in the direction of the eave ridge.
There is almost no gap between the ridge side base material and the eave side base material, and the heat insulation and sound insulation properties of the roof can be improved. In addition, the ridge side base material comes into contact with a receiving plate that stands up from the eave side end of the support step, and the eave side base material comes into contact with the rising plate, making it easy to position both base materials, especially the ridge side base material. This positioning work can be done easily.

As explained above, if the hanger of the present invention is used, the eave side base material support part is formed on the mounting plate that is supported and fixed to the support member, and the distance from the ridge side end of the mounting plate to the base material is greater than or equal to the thickness of the base material. Raise the stand up board to the height of
Since the ridge side base material supporting stepped part is bent from the upper end of the rising board toward the eaves, the ridge side and eave side base materials are supported by this ridge side base material support part and the eave side base material support part of the mounting plate, respectively. By doing so, the side edges of the ridge and eave side base materials can be arranged so as to overlap in the direction of the eave ridge, and both base materials can be arranged along the face plates of the ridge and eave side roof plates with almost no gaps. It is possible to improve the heat insulation and sound insulation properties of the roof, and the ridge side base material is in contact with the receiving plate rising from the eave side end of the support step, and the eave side base material is in contact with the upright plate. By bringing them into contact with each other, it is possible to easily position both base materials, and this positioning can be performed with good workability.
