る。 The basic structure of the present invention is to hold either the horizontal molding part or the vertical molding part of the mold horizontally, supply molding material thereto, and then immediately apply the molding material to the mold. The dead weight of the molding material is reduced by scraping off the surface side portion leaving an appropriate thickness and rotating the mold 90 degrees to supply the molding material to the remaining molding part and the lining material to the scraped part. This prevents the mold from sagging even when the mold is rotated.

面部分を確実に得ることができる。 A mold having a horizontal molding part and an elevation molding part,
Hold one of the molding parts horizontally and supply molding material containing a base color compound and a pattern compound dispersed therein. Immediately after that, scrape off the surface side of the molding material and mold it. Leave the surface side part with an appropriate thickness and use the above mold.
Rotate 90 degrees and apply the molding material to the remaining molding part.
Since the lining material was supplied to each of the scraped areas and the molding material and lining material were cured, even if the mold was rotated 90 degrees, the molding material would not lose its own weight and sag, allowing it to be used on vertical surfaces with large vertical widths. Even if the parts are integrally formed, the flow pattern of the elevation part does not sag or flow, and it is possible to reliably obtain the elevation part with a beautiful flow pattern.
