たり或は製網機における各部のレバー関係部分に
無理な力が加わることにより、それによつて機械

(発明の構成)
上記目的を達成するためになされた本発明の一

とする製網機における目締機構のチエツク方法で

に正常な状態で稼働できるようにチエツクするの
である。本発明の一つの装置は、目締ロールを有
するアームが取付けられた軸に3個のスイツチ操
作部材を設け、該スイツチ操作部材に夫々対応さ
せて前記目締ロールの位置状態をチエツクする3
個のスイツチを並列状態に設け、前記目締ロール
が上昇した時に前記スイツチ操作部材とスイツチ
とが当接するように配設し、該配設は目締ロール
の上昇状態において正常な位置にあるか又は上り
過ぎか或は下り過ぎかのいづれかの位置でいづれ
かのスイツチが或は全部のスイツチがオンするよ
うに前記スイツチ操作部材を所定の角度範囲にず
らせた状態で取付けたことを特徴とする製網機に
おける目締機構のチエツク装置であつて、前記3
個のスイツチ操作部材と3個のスイツチとで目締
ロールの上昇位置状態を検出しており、特にスイ
ツチ操作部材の取付位置が所定の角度範囲におい
てずれていることで正常位置、上り過ぎ及び下り
過ぎが検出でき、異常時に速かに製網機の駆動を
停止して不良網地の編成を中止すると共に装置の
破損を解消することができるようにしたのであ

締ロールの上り過ぎが確認でき、縦糸の繰出しが
少なく、目締工程で糸切れが生じたり或は機械破
損が生ずることを未然に防げるのである。尚、こ
の停止によつてカム輪4の駆動も停止されるから
カム部材5による目締ロールを押し下げ、即ち結

れもしくは装置の破損につながり、この異変検出
された時点で即時に製網機の駆動を停止するもの
であり、不良品の網地の編網を行わないようにす
ると共に、無理な目締力による糸切れ及び装置の
破損が全く生じないと云う優れた効果を奏するの

付位置を所定の角度範囲においてずらせた位置に
配設することで、一つの正常な位置と、二つの異
常な位置とを正確に検出することができ、前記と
同様に不良品の網地の編網及び装置の破損が防止
