As is well known, various efforts have been made to preserve clothing for long periods of time. When preserving clothing for a long period of time, the important points that must be kept in mind are generally eliminating insect damage, preventing moisture, and preventing the growth of mold. The goal is to prevent traces such as streaks from remaining, and in order to satisfy these requirements, conventionally, cleaned textiles, leather, fur, and other clothing are treated with insect repellents, desiccants, or It is stored in a storage container along with anti-mold agents.

However, in the conventional storage methods described above, the storage container itself is not necessarily sealed, so the insect repellent evaporates after long-term storage, making it impossible to prevent insect damage.
The medicinal odor of the insect repellent remains on clothing and cannot be easily removed, causing discomfort when worn. Therefore, the medicinal odor must be removed by drying in the shade before reuse, which is a hassle. .

In addition, since storage containers are usually stored in cool, dark places, the desiccant loses its hygroscopicity in a short period of time, causing it to become a source of moisture, or even a small amount of fat, protein, etc. may remain. If stored in storage, this fat, protein, etc. can be used as nutrients to cause mold to grow, resulting in a lack of reliability, and furthermore, frequent inspection and management is required during storage. In order to avoid this, the seam between the container body and the lid body is sometimes sealed with duct tape or the like, but due to the unreliability mentioned above, it is extremely inconvenient to inspect the inside. This is a problem that we often experience on a daily basis, and as a result, there is still no sufficiently reliable means for long-term storage of this type of clothing.
