In view of the above-mentioned problems, as a result of various research and experiments, the present invention focuses on the properties of metals that have a thermal deformation function such as shape memory alloys and bimetals, and uses them to form patterns on the surface of molded objects. We thought that if used as a medium, it would be possible to form a desired pattern on the inner surface of a molded product, and based on this idea, we conducted further research and experiments, and as a result, we finally completed the present invention. . That is, in the present invention, a transfer layer consisting of patterns such as letters, symbols, patterns, etc. is formed on the outer surface of a transfer head that can be inserted into a hollow-shaped transfer object and has a thermal deformation function, and then The transfer head is inserted into the hollow part of the object to be transferred, and then the transfer head is heated to thermally deform the transfer head, thereby changing the transfer layer formed on the outer surface of the transfer head. This is a transfer printing method for the inner surface of a hollow object, characterized in that the transfer layer is brought into pressure contact with the inner surface of the object to be transferred, and the transfer layer is transferred to the inner surface of the object to be transferred.

In the present invention, first, a transfer layer 4 is formed on the outer surface of the transfer head 2 (see FIG. 1). As means for forming this transfer layer 4, there are the following methods. That is, a transfer material formed by forming a transfer layer consisting of a pattern such as letters, symbols, patterns, etc. on a removable base sheet is placed on the outer surface of the transfer head, and the base sheet of the transfer material and the transfer layer are placed on the outer surface of the transfer head. (In this case, in the transfer process, only the transfer layer of the transfer material is transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred. To do this, the base sheet is fixed and Transfer printing is performed on the outer surface of the transfer head using a transfer material formed by forming a transfer layer consisting of patterns such as letters, symbols, patterns, etc. on a removable base sheet, A method in which only a transfer layer is formed on the outer surface of the transfer head, and a printing plate that has received printing ink is brought into pressure contact with a transfer head lined with silicone rubber, whereby the printing ink is transferred to the outside of the transfer head. There is a method of providing a printing ink layer on the surface, and a method of providing a printing ink layer on the outer surface of the transfer head by screen printing or the like.

By doing this, the transfer head 2
As the transfer layer 4 is thermally deformed, the transfer layer 4 formed on the outer surface of the transfer head 2 becomes sticky, and the transfer layer 4 is brought into pressure contact with the inner surface of the transfer object 1. It is transferred to the inner surface of the object 1 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

Since the present invention has the configuration described above, it has the following effects. In other words, metals with thermal deformation functions such as shape memory alloys or bimetals are used as the medium for forming patterns such as letters, symbols, and patterns on the inner surface of molded products, which would previously have been impossible. A pattern can be accurately and firmly formed at a predetermined position on the inner surface of a molded article. Also,
Since the transfer head can be thermally deformed and the transfer layer can be heated at the same time, it has excellent thermal efficiency.
