本考案はPC板先付け工法における目地形成方
法に関するものであり、特に正確に通し目地を形

(鋼製ベツド)5上に配置し、タイル1同志の間
に砂6を充填し、その後タイルシート4の上にコ
ンクリートを打設するものである。コンクリート
が硬化した後脱型し、砂6を取り除くと目地間〓

上記従来の目地形成方法によつて通し目地を形
成する場合、目地が直線状に揃いにくいという問
題がある。すなわち、ゴム目地ます法及び置き目
地法は鋼製ベツド5上にタイル1を作業員が手で
並べるようにしているものであり、配列誤差やタ
イル位置の寸法誤差等によりタイル1の辺が直線
状に揃わず目地が折れ曲つたものとなり易い。ま
た、砂目地法等のタイルシート法は、紙やフイル
ムにタイルが貼り付けられたタイルシートを用い
るものであるが、このタイルシートにおいてもタ
イル1の辺を直線状に揃えて配列することが上記
と同様の理由により容易ではなく、製造されるタ
イルPC板の目地が直線状に揃いにくいのである。
