第1図はこの発明の実施例による端子装置の構

体と端子装置との切離し状態の回路図を示すもの
である。
まず第1図において、1は電力量計の本体、2
は端子装置を構成する端子ブロツク、3a,3b
は電源側配線、4a,4bは負荷側配線を示す。
ここで前記電力量計本体1にはその本体ケース内
に電流素子1a、電圧素子1bおよび図示されて
ない電力量積算、表示機構等が内蔵されており、
かつ本体ケースの下面側には前記各素子から引き
出したピン端子としてなる引出端子5a〜5cが
並置して配備されている。
一方、端子ブロツク2は樹脂成型品としてなる
絶縁物の端子台2aと、前記本体側の引出端子5
a〜5cに対向して端子台2aの上部側に配列し
た固定端子金具6a〜6cからなる第1の固定端
子金具列と、該第1の固定端子金具列と対向する
ように端子台2aの下部側に配列して電源側配線
3a,3bおよび負荷側配線4a,4bと接続し
合う固定端子金具7a〜7cからなる第2の固定
端子金具列と、前記第1および第2の固定端子金
具列における固定端子金具6a,6bおよび7
a,7bとの相互間に介在して端子台2aの開口
穴に嵌挿配備されたドラム形切替開閉器8との組
立体としてなる。なお9は前記した各固定端子金
具に差込み装着した本体側の引出端子および電
源、負荷側の外部配線を締結する締付ねじであ
る。また前記した固定端子金具のうち6cと7c
とは一体構造の端子金具としてなる。
ここで前記したドラム形切替開閉器8に付いて
その詳細構造を示すと第2図のごとくである。す
なわち切替開閉器8は絶縁物製のドラム本体81
と、該ドラム本体81の周上前後で互いに180度
の位相をずらして装着された半ドーナツ形の摺動
接点部材82,83とからなり、かつドラム本体
81の前面中心部には例えばドライバ等の工具を
差込んでドラム本体81を回転操作するための溝
84が開口している。さらにドラム本体81の周
面上には位置を変えて所定の位置に開口されたノ
ツチング凹溝85,86と、このノツチング凹溝
に対向して端子台側に配備された付勢ばね付きの
ノツチングピン87とからなるノツチング機構が
装備されている。なお88はドラム本体81の周
縁に刻印した動作位置表示用のマークであり、第
1図に示した端子台2a側に表示した「計量」、
「交換」のマーク位置に合わせて後述するように
切替開閉器の切替操作を行う。また該切替開閉器
の摺動接点部材82の周面に対向して固定端子金
具6a,7aおよび幅広の端子金具7bが、また
摺動接点部材83の周面に対向して固定端子金具
6bと前記の幅広な端子金具7bが位置し、かつ
各固定端子金具の先端には前記開閉器側の接点部
材82,83と接触し合う摺動接点10が取付け
てある。
次に前記した切替開閉器の動作について説明す
る。すなわち第3図a,bに示すように開閉器8
が「計量」位置にあれば、接点部材82,83を
介して固定端子金具6bと7bとの間、6bと7
bとの間がそれぞれ導通状態となる。これに対し
て開閉器8を矢印P方向へ回転操作して本体へド
ラム本体81を前記の「計量」位置から「交換」
位置に向けて回動すると、その回動過程の中間位
置では接点部材82が端子金具6a,7a,7b
の相互間を同時に橋絡し、さらに「交換」位置で
は端子金具6aとの間を断路するとともに端子金
具7aと7bとの間を短絡するようになる。一
方、接点部材83は「計量」から「交換」位置に
回動すると、いままで導通していた端子金具6a
と7bとの間が断路されるようになる。
次に上記構成による電力量計の使用状態、並び
に電力量計の取替時の操作に付いて説明する。ま
ず端子ブロツク2に本体1を結合した電力量計の
使用状態では、第4図に示すように本体側の引出
端子5a〜5cが端子装置側の固定端子金具6a
〜6cに差込式に接続され、かつドラム形切替開
閉器8が第3図に示した「計量」位置にセツトさ
れている。したがつて電源側配線3a,3bと負
荷側配線4a,4bとの間には端子ブロツク2お
よび本体1の電流、電圧素子1a,1bを経由す
る通電路が形成され、この状態で負荷側への給電
電力量が本体1で計量されることになる。
一方、電力量計の定期交換、点検修理等のため
に電力量計と外部配線との間を切り離す場合に
は、まずドラム形切替開閉器8を手動操作により
ドラム本体81を第3図に示した「計量」から
「交換」位置に回転操作する。これにより開閉器
8の接点部材82,83の位置が切り替わり、第
5図に示すように固定端子金具6a,6bを介し
て本体側の電流、電圧回路に通じる通電路が遮断
されると同時に、負荷側への給電を中断すること
なしに電源側配線3aと負荷側配線4aの間を短
絡して本体1をバイパスする短絡回路が形成され
る。ここで次に本体側の引出端子5a〜5cを締
結している固定端子金具6a〜6cの締付ねじ9
を緩めることにより、電力量計の本体1と端子ブ
ロツク2との間の結合を解いて負荷側への給電を
継続のまま本体1を取り外すことができるように
なる。
なお前記操作で取り外した電力量計本体に替え
て別に用意した本体を端子ブロツク2へ接続する
には、前記した取外し操作の手順とは逆に、本体
側の引出端子5a〜5cをそれぞれ対応する端子
ブロツク側の固定端子金具6a〜6cに差込み挿
入して端子ブロツク2と本体1とを結合し、次い
でねじ9を締付けて引出端子を端子ブロツク側の
固定端子金具へ強固に固定し、さらにドラム形切
替開閉器8を第3図に示した「交換」位置から
「計量」位置に向けて矢印Qのように回転して切
替操作する。これにより電力量計は再び第4図に
示した使用状態に戻り、負荷側の消費電力量の計
量を行うようになる。
上記実施例の説明で明らかなように、電力量計
の定期交換、点検修理等に際して電力量計の本体
1を端子ブロツク2から取り外す場合には、負荷
側への給電を保持したままの状態で本体1と端子
ブロツク2との間の切離しが可能となる。しかも
この取り外し操作過程では前記した従来のような
危険な活線作業による補助配線の接続作業を行う
必要がなく、ドラム形切替開閉器の切替え、およ
び本体側の引出端子とこれに接続し合う端子ブロ
ツク側の固定端子金具との着脱操作を行うのみで
安全かつ迅速に電力量計の交換作業を進めること
ができるようになる。なお前記ドラム形切替開閉
器8はその接点部材82,83と相手側の固定端
子金具に取り付けた接点10との間が開閉器の回
転操作の度に摺動して擦れ合うので、接点部材の
表面に付着、生成した塵埃、酸化被膜等が削られ
て清浄化され、接触性の高い通電状態を維持する
ことができる。
なお図示の実施例は単相2線式の配電回路に使
用される電力量計に付いての実施例を示したが、
単相3線式、3相3線式、3相4線式等の電力量
計に付いても同様に適用実施できることは勿論で

配線を接続する端子装置であつて、電力量計の本
体と外部配線との間に介装配備されて本体と着脱
可能に結合される端子ブロツクを有し、該端子ブ
ロツクは、絶縁端子台と、該端子台上の本体との
対向面側に並置配列されて本体側の引出端子と着
脱式に接続し合う第1の固定端子金具列と、第1
の固定端子金具列に対向して端子台上の反対側に
並置配列されて電源、負荷側配線と接続し合う第
2の固定端子金具列と、前記第1と第2の固定端
子金具列における本体側の電流回路に対応する固
定端子金具の相互間に介装配備され、その「計
量」位置では前記第1と第2の固定端子金具列の
間で対応し合う各端子金具の相互間を導通接続
し、かつ「計量」位置から「交換」位置への回転
操作により本体側の電流回路に通じる通電路を遮
断すると同時に、電源側配線と負荷側配線との間
を短絡するドラム形の切替開閉器とを装備し、該
切替開閉器は、絶縁物製の本体の周面上の一部の
所定箇所にしゆう動接点部材を装着したドラム本
体と、前記第1と第2の固定端子金具列における
本体側の電流回路に対応する固定端子金具に接続
され、前記ドラム本体の周面上に常時接触してお
り当該ドラム本体の回転時にその周面上をしゆう
動するしゆう動接点とからなり、前記ドラム本体
の「計量」位置と「交換」位置の各動作位置を規
制するノツチング機構を設けたことを特徴とする
