Generally, waterproof sheets made of vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, etc. are placed on the roofs of buildings finished with mortar and on the inner walls of structures such as swimming pools to prevent water leakage. Conventionally, this waterproof sheet has been installed by bonding the concrete surface and the waterproof sheet using adhesives such as acrylic, urethane, and epoxy adhesives. In addition, measures such as plugging were taken in areas where particularly high adhesive strength was required.

Due to poor mixing of the epoxy adhesive, etc., the adhesive strength fluctuates greatly, leading to a reduction in service life. In addition, the above-mentioned method of driving the plug to increase its strength generates a high noise when driving the plug, so hospitals
It is not suitable for schools etc. Furthermore, according to conventional construction methods, if the waterproof sheet is torn in even one place, the water seeping through this area will dissolve the alkaline content in the concrete and corrode the surrounding adhesive, causing rapid peeling of the waterproof sheet. become.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for installing a waterproof sheet for a structure, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, increases the bonding strength between the base mortar and the waterproof sheet, and thereby significantly extends the service life.

First, a finishing mortar layer 2a is applied to the surface of the base wall 1 as shown in the first figure. When forming, a large number of small spherical chips 3 are mixed into the finished mortar 2. The chips 3 are made of the same composition as the waterproof sheet 4 stretched over the top surface, and have a particle size of 2 to 10 mm.
It is said that The surface of the finishing mortar layer 2a is polished after drying. As a result, many chips 3 are partially shaved off and exposed. Next, heat is applied to the exposed portions of these chips 3 or a dissolving liquid is added to melt the tops, and a predetermined waterproof sheet 4 is welded to the chips 3 and stretched. According to this method, tarpaulin 4 and chips 3
are made of the same ingredients and are heat-welded, so the bonding force between the two is extremely strong, and the part of the chip 3 buried in the mortar has a larger diameter than the part exposed on the upper surface of the mortar, so it is difficult to form a wedge. fulfill the role of Therefore, the waterproof sheet 4 has semi-permanent durability.

なく第3図示の如く不定形状のものでもよい。 The shape of the chip is not limited to the above-mentioned spherical shape, but may be irregularly shaped as shown in the third figure.

For construction on an existing wall surface, the finishing mortar layer 2a according to the present invention is applied over the existing base wall.

る。 According to the present invention, the fixing power of the waterproof sheet is hardly affected by the amount of moisture in the finishing mortar layer 2a serving as the base or the suitability of the adhesive components, and moreover, it does not require advanced technology. Since the waterproof sheet 4 is strongly bonded to the finished mortar layer 2a at each chip point, there is no possibility of continuous peeling. Even if a crack occurs in the waterproof sheet 4 due to a scratch or the like, it will be limited to only one part and will not spread over a wide area, making it extremely easy to repair.

As described above, when constructing a waterproof structure in which a waterproof sheet is stretched over a flat wall surface, the present invention mixes a large number of small-sized chips having the same composition as the waterproof sheet into the finishing mortar that forms the flat wall surface. It is made by exposing a part of the chips in the mortar and welding the exposed part of the chips to the waterproof sheet.
The chips and the waterproof sheet are integrated and firmly fixed, and the chips act as wedges within the finishing mortar and do not come off. Therefore, according to the construction method of the present invention, the service life of the waterproof sheet is semi-permanent. Furthermore, this construction method can easily obtain the same locking force as newly constructed walls, as well as to the existing base walls.
It is also possible to install a thick waterproof sheet.
