In addition to laying the ground, various types of waterproof foundations must be formed, and this foundation must be completely perfect over the entire surface so that it can withstand water flowing from the above-mentioned damaged areas at unspecified locations. However, there were many uneconomical problems and problems in terms of material costs, etc.

They are arranged in alignment with a joint interval of 16. The purpose of this joint spacing 16 is to prevent the roof surface from being deformed due to expansion and contraction changes due to thermal expansion or the like of the waterproofing material 11.

Corners are treated by gluing or waterproof coating. In addition, a ventilation portion 19 is provided on the inner surface of the rising portion 14 through the waterproof sheet 17, and dehumidification is performed by circulating the air inside the waterproof sheet 17, within the joint spacing 16, and other spaces within the waterproof structure. It's getting old.

When installing upward, the nails 22 are passed through the elongated holes 20 and fixed to the slab 14,
Even when the waterproofing material 11 expands and contracts, the elongated holes 20 prevent the waterproofing material 11 from being deformed or damaged by horizontal loads as much as possible. Further, the insert material 12 inside the waterproof material 11 may be cut and divided into a plurality of pieces internally so that it can be deformed to adapt to the unevenness of the mounting surface.

The joint gutter 23 is inserted, and the flange portion 23b is connected to the left and right waterproof materials 11.
It is tightly fixed to the upper end of the board by brazing or gluing. Further, a joint cover 24 having a trapezoidal chevron cross section 24a is provided above the joint gutter 23 so as to cover it, and flange portions 24b at both ends of the joint cover 24 are provided on both sides of the joint gutter 23 to provide left and right waterproofing. It is closely fixed to the upper surface of the material 11 by brazing or adhesion.

The chevron-shaped cross section 24a can open and close to absorb the above deformation. Therefore, the joint cover 24 is not limited to the illustrated cross-sectional shape, but may have an arc shape, a square shape, an inverted V shape, etc. except for the flange portion 24b, and if it is made of a stretchable material, the shape of the joint gutter 23 can be changed. It is also possible to use a tape-like material that is adhered directly onto the flange portion 23b.

次に述べるような構造にしている。 Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are both exploded perspective views showing an example of the double waterproof structure at the intersection of the above-mentioned joints. First, a notch 23C corresponding to the width of the joint interval 16 in the other direction is provided in the flange portions 23b on both sides of the joint gutter 23 in one direction (usually in the vertical direction). The other horizontal joint trough 23 is provided so as to butt against this joint trough 23 in a perpendicular direction from both sides, but in this case, the end of the V-shaped cross section 23a at the abutting end is at the joint interval 16.
In order to prevent rainwater, etc. from flowing in, the structure is as described below.

Furthermore, a connecting cover 23f made of an equilateral triangle is provided at the upper ends of the connecting folds 23e and folded folds 23d, and an inner cover 23g that is bent into the groove-shaped cross section 23a is connected to the tip of the connecting cover 23f. ing. When assembling these, the end of the V-shaped section 23a of the horizontal joint trough 23 is accommodated in the notch 23c of the other joint trough 23 and abutted, and the lower surface of the connecting pleat 23e is connected to the other joint trough 23 at the abutted portion. At the same time, the lower surface of the inner cover 23g is brazed or bonded to the inner surface of the groove-shaped cross section 23a.

Furthermore, when such a situation occurs, the outer case bulges out more than others due to the influence of water intrusion, making it relatively easy to discover failures and repairing or replacing damaged parts. In particular, when creating a vacuum inside the exterior case, in addition to preventing internal condensation and improving the insulation effect, the entire waterproof material will naturally swell as atmospheric pressure builds up inside without waiting for the effects of water intrusion. Characteristics appear quickly and reliably.

There is also an advantage that the number of construction steps can be reduced, such as by simply attaching or fastening the mounting plate 21 and making it easy to replace the waterproofing material, which requires removal.

The joints themselves deform accordingly, which has an excellent effect of preventing damage to the joints.
