状の多様化とフード単体の機能性から全表面が平
滑なものが要求されて来た。一般的に合成樹脂の
成型は樹脂に圧力をかけ型に流し込んで成型する
プレス成型法が用いられているが、断面形状が複
雑なとき、全断面に樹脂を充填したフードは成型
時の残留歪や直射日光による片面加熱で変形また

形状が中空なメータパネル用日除けフード6を成
形する。このとき、内・外側部1,2の合せ部
3,4には十分な幅をもたせ成形後の合せ強度を
