It was hot. Furthermore, since the bean particles floating between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are cleaned with fluff, there is a problem in that the entire surface of the bean cannot be thoroughly cleaned without leaking. Furthermore, since these beans are packaged and shipped immediately after being washed, their surfaces remain slightly wet, causing problems such as the moisture content becoming higher than a predetermined value over time and the appearance of wrinkles on the epidermis. There was also the problem of deterioration in quality.

The cleaning belts 1 and 2 are stretched parallel to each other with their surfaces facing each other in parallel, so that the cleaning belts 1 and 2 run while rotating while pinching the peas W between the surfaces of the belts 1 and 2. , 2 are associated with a belt cleaning device 6 at an appropriate position above their rotational travel, and a bean drying device B equipped with a hot air generator 16 is installed on the bean discharge side of the cleaning belts 1 and 2. Furthermore, the belt cleaning device 6 includes:
The water supply pipe 21 is characterized by being connected to the hot air generating device 16 of the drying device B at an appropriate intermediate portion so that the water supply pipe 21 can be heated by the pea drying device B.

Since the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 have elasticity, the particles W are wrapped in the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 and are appropriately pinched, and furthermore, since the speeds of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 are different from each other, , it runs while rotating. As a result, the entire surface of the beans comes into contact with the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 evenly and without leakage, and is thoroughly cleaned and polished.

効果的なものにする。 Further, the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 are themselves cleaned by the belt cleaning device 6, and at the same time, they retain cleaning water for cleaning the beans W. As a result, the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 are constantly washed and cleansed, and the peas W are constantly cleaned, and the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2 always retain an appropriate amount of cleaning water.
Always cleanly remove dirt from pea grains W. In particular, since the washing water of the belt washing device 6 is heated by the bean drying device B and becomes hot water, the washing water of the washing belts 1 and 2 is
To make it easier to remove dirt from pea grains W and to make the cleaning action more effective.

In particular, since the water adhering to the surface of the beans W is warm water as described above, its evaporation is accelerated, making the drying effect more effective.

The surface of the belt 2 is well brush-washed by being bathed in hot washing water by the belt washing device 6, and the hot washing water absorbed at that time is adjusted to an appropriate amount by the next water retention amount adjusting device 9. Therefore, the peas W are always cleanly cleaned and polished by the surfaces of the cleaning belts 1 and 2, which are always clean and have appropriate temperature and humidity. The surface of this bean W is slightly wet.

する。 In particular, in the present invention, since the washing water supplied to the belt washing device 6 is heated by the bean drying device B to make it hot water, it is possible to easily remove dirt from the washing belts 1 and 2 and the bean W. This has the excellent effect of making it easier to evaporate the washing warm water adhering to the surface of the washed peas W, thereby further promoting the cleaning action and drying action of the peas W. Further, the present invention has an economical effect since washing water can be heated without requiring a separate heating device.
