(発明が解決しようとする課題)

にトルクの限界点が判然とせず、その為にボルト
の締付けを感で行わねばならないという問題があ

とができるようにし、而も再締付けの際には、締
付けトルクが所定値に達すると、スイツチオフに
なつて自動的に停止させることができるようにし
たシヤーホルト用動力トルクレンチを提供しよう

て、前記ソケツト体2を、ソケツト管軸5を内装
したレンチ本体6に対しばね9を介して軸方向に
前後摺動可能に設けると共に、その摺動可能なソ
ケツト体2の後端部に一対の近接スイツチ10,
11の一方10を設け、対応するレンチ本体6側
の固定部には他方の近接スイツチ11を回転方向
に調整可能に設けて、この両近接スイツチ10,
11をソケツト体2側のスイツチがソケツト体2
と共に1回転する毎に固定側のスイツチと対向
し、且つソケツト体2の再締付けに際してレンチ
本体6がソケツト体2に対し前進するときに対向

てソケツト体2がナツト1を締付ける方向に回動
し、内側のソケツト管軸5はボルト多角部4′を
逆向きに回動させる力が伝達される。従つて締付
力が所定値に達すると前後多角部4,4′間のノ
ツチ4aが破断されるので、ナツト1はボルト3
に対し所定のトルクで緊締されたことになる。1
段目の多角部4′が破断されると、その分離した
1段目の多角部4′を押出棒12で突き出し、外
部へ排出させる。この1段目の多角部4′を螺締
するときは、ソケツト体2はばね9によりレンチ
本体6に対し前方へ押しやられた位置にあり、従
つて対応する2つの近接スイツチ10,11は大
きく離れた離間距離にある為回動により互いに対

性限界域に入るが、近接位置にある近接スイツチ
10,11がソケツト体2の回動である位置に来
ると、互いに対向して近接し、その瞬間にスイツ
チオフとなる。従つて塑性限界域検出される為予
じめ適正位置にセツトすればその寸前にスイツチ
を切り停止させることができる。再締付けが完了
すると、押付けを緩めるが、そのときにノズル管
12の先端口12aが多角部4から離れる為これ
より塗料が吹き出て多角部4の端面に塗布する。
従つて再締付けを行つたボルト・ナツトにはこの
塗料の吹付けにより目印が附されるので以後の確

スイツチと対向し、且つソケツト体2の押入時に
対向間隔が近接して所定値になるとスイツチオフ
となるように設定し、前記ソケツト管軸5の中空
軸心部に先端12aがボルト嵌入口5aに臨み且
つ後端12bがレンチ本体6より突出する摺動自
在な押出棒12を貫設したので、ボルトの先端に
2段の多角部を設けた高力トルクテンシヨンボル
トを1段目を破断したあとに、ノツチのない2段
目の多角部の再締付けを簡単確実に行うことがで
きるとともに、この再締付けを行う場合に、締付
け力の限界点を予じめ近接スイツチによりセツト
して安全確実に所定の締付けを行うことができ、
而も締付けを完了したボルトには多角部端面にソ
ケツト管軸の中空内部に嵌装した押出棒兼用の塗
料吹付け用ノズルから目印となる塗料を吹付けて
塗布させることができるので、締付後の確認に便
利である。又この押出棒により切断した多角部の
押出しを簡単確実に行うこともでき、而も構造が
簡単で耐久性があり、安価に実施できるものであ
