Conventionally, the base paper that is continuously supplied from the roll is folded in a zigzag pattern by a pair of folding rollers and discharged to the output section, and then the zigzag folded base paper is cut and separated from the center using a cutter. When origami products are made into origami products and the origami products are divided into a predetermined number, a chain conveyor having claws arranged at predetermined intervals is used to divide the continuously conveyed origami into a predetermined number. That's what I was doing.

However, in this case, the distance between the nails is always a fixed pitch of the same width, so changes in humidity,
If the thickness of the paper changes slightly due to differences in paper quality, etc., there is a problem in that the number of origami products that are sorted into predetermined numbers increases or decreases.

The present invention solves these conventional problems by folding continuously supplied base paper in a zigzag manner using a pair of folding rollers and then discharging the paper, and then folding the base paper in the central part of the base paper folded by the rollers. In a zigzag folding machine, a predetermined number of folded sheets are placed on the carry-in side of the roller to be folded in a zigzag manner. A lifting part is provided to detect and lift the base paper upward to be fed to the roller, and the lifting part forms a protruding part of the paper every predetermined number of sheets folded in a zigzag manner, and the paper comes into contact with the protruding part of the paper and folds in a zigzag manner. A pressing member is provided to form a gap in the zigzag-shaped row of paper that is pressed against the folded paper and carried out to the carry-out unit, and a dividing member is provided in the gap so that it can move forward and backward, and the paper is carried out to the carry-out unit. This invention provides a constant sorting device for origami products, which is provided with a locking member that locks the front end of a zigzag-shaped paper row, and a product take-out member that faces the front end of the paper row and performs vacuum suction. be.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a tissue base paper fed out from a roll (not shown). The longitudinal side portions of the base paper 1 are continuously folded in the longitudinal direction by folding plates (not shown). Thereafter, the folded base paper 1 is supplied to a pair of folding rollers 4, 4 via a roller 2, which serves as a base paper lifting member, and an idle roller 3, which are intermittently raised upward by a predetermined amount. ing.

The roller 2 is rotatably held by a shaft 6. This shaft 6 is installed in a flat plate 5, and the base of this flat plate 5 is supported by a frame (not shown) so as to be movable up and down. As shown in FIG. 2, a rod of a solenoid cylinder 7 provided above the plate 5 is connected to the free end of the plate 5 to normally hold the plate 5 in a fixed position. The base side of the solenoid cylinder 7 is supported by an upper frame of the zigzag machine body (not shown).

The number of rotations of the rollers 4, 4 is counted by a detector (not shown) and a counter connected to the detector. This detector includes roller 4,
It may be a proximity switch directly connected to 4,
Alternatively, it may be a slit plate interlocked with the rollers 4, 4, and a light emitting element and a photoelectric conversion element that cooperate with the slit plate, or a mechanical counter may be connected to the rollers 4, 4.
4, and the counter may output a signal every predetermined number of counts. The number of rotations of the rollers 4, 4 detected by such a detector corresponds to the number of folds of the base paper 1 folded thereby.

The counter connected to this detector and the solenoid cylinder 7 are arranged so that when the count number of the counter reaches a predetermined number, the solenoid cylinder 7
The rod is activated, and the flat plate 5 is slightly moved (about 5 mm).
While the base paper 1 that is moved upward and is pressed against the rollers 2 is folded once by the rollers 4, 4, the paper continues to maintain its position. Therefore, the base paper 1 is transferred to the roller 4,
Each time the base paper 1 is folded a predetermined number of times, it moves slightly (approximately 5 mm) upwards as the roller 2 moves upward, and in this state it is folded by the rollers 4, 4, so that one part of the base paper 1 is folded every predetermined number of times. The portion protrudes, is folded up, and is discharged to a discharge section 8 provided in front of the rollers 4, 4.

In the apparatus of the present invention thus constructed, first, the base paper 1 is continuously supplied from a roll to a pair of folding rollers 4, 4 via the roller 2, and is folded one after another by the rollers 4, 4. At this time, a counter connected to the detector counts the number of folds of the base paper 1, and when the predetermined number of folds of the base paper 1 is completed, the solenoid cylinder 7 is activated to press the roller 2 and the base paper 1 against the roller 2. The folding portion moves upward, and the base paper 1 is supplied to the rollers 4, 4 in this state while the base paper 1 is folded once by the rollers 4, 4.

In FIG. 5A, the pressing members 20 and 21 are moved in parallel in a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the origami products 10, and are configured to press the protruding end portion 10a of the origami products 10. That is, among the origami products 10..., 10... being conveyed, the protruding ends 10
Pressing members 20 and 21 for pressing the parts a and 10a are integrally attached to the shaft 24 via attachment members 22 and 23. Both ends of the shaft 24 are rotatably supported by sliders 25 (one not shown), and the sliders 25 are supported by a receiving part 27 (one of which is not shown) fixed to the frame A of the zigzag machine main body 26 as shown in FIG. one is slidably attached to the other (not shown).

A rack 25a is formed below the middle of the slider 25 on the left side of the figure, and a shaft 28 rotatably provided below the rack of the slider 25.
It is formed so as to mesh with the pinion 29 of. A transmission lever 3 is attached to one end of the shaft 28.
0 is fixed integrally, and its transmission lever 30
A long hole 30a is bored in the longitudinal direction. The rod end of a solenoid cylinder 31 is fixed to the elongated hole 30a so that its mounting position can be adjusted. Further, the base side of the solenoid cylinder 31 is pivotally connected to a part of the frame (not shown) of the zigzag folding machine main body 26.

32 is a sliding rod whose base is integrally attached to the shaft 24, and a follower 32a provided on the free end side.
is adapted to slide within a cam groove 33a formed on the side of the cam plate 33 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5C. As shown in FIG. 5D, the cam groove 33a has a parallel portion 33c formed parallel to the conveyance direction of the origami product 10, and an upwardly inclined slope portion 33d connected to the parallel portion 33c.

Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, the transmission lever 30 rotates due to the operation of the solenoid cylinder 31, the shaft 28 rotates, and this rotation is transmitted to the rack 25a via the pinion 29, so that the slider 25 is longitudinally displaced. At this time, the follower 32a of the sliding rod 32 attached to the shaft 24 moves along the cam groove 33a.

As is clear from the above explanation, the apparatus of the present invention uses a lifting member to project a predetermined number of sheets of paper from a row of paper products, and a pressing member to press the projecting portions.
A space is created, a separating material is inserted between the two, and the separated rows of paper products are held between the separating material and the locking member, so the rows of paper products can be sorted without disturbing them. . The paper products thus sorted are then sucked up by the product take-out member and transferred to the belt conveyor, so the lined and sorted paper products can be transferred in a short time without disturbing their posture. . In this way, the paper products are held between the sorting material and the locking member, and the paper products are transferred by suction by the product removal member, so even paper folded in a zigzag manner can be sorted while maintaining its posture without causing spring back. In addition, the transfer can be carried out in a short time, and the next process of bagging can be completely automated, and the transfer time can be shortened and the throughput per unit time can be improved. Moreover, this makes it possible to reliably obtain a predetermined number of origami products even if the thickness of the base paper changes due to changes in humidity, differences in paper quality, etc.
