本発明は、スレート、折版、瓦棒あるいはトタ

フツクボルトの締め直しあるいはボルトキヤツプ
の取付け等の対策がなされているが、思わしい効

について種々検討の結果、スレート、折版等のジ
ヨイント部から毛細管現象により漏水することを
見出した。従来ボルト締付け穴からの漏水が雨漏
りの原因と考えられたのはジヨイント部の端部が
丁度フツクボルトの締め付け位置と一致したため

本発明の屋根の防水施工方法は、アスフアルト

てなるテープを貼着してジヨイント部の防水処理
を施す第2工程と、この貼着したテープの上から
アスフアルトとゴムとで屋根全面に下地を施す第
3工程と、この下地の上からアスフアルトとゴム
との混成物で屋根全面に防水処理を施す第4工程
と、この上に合成樹脂処理を屋根全面に施す第5

には離型剤6が貼着されており、前記離型剤6を
除去した後、防水剤層5を下にして第1プライマ

ムとで屋根全面に下地を施す第3工程と、 この下地の上からアスフアルトとゴムとの混成
物で屋根全面に防水処理を施す第4工程と、 この上に合成樹脂処理を屋根全面に施す第5工
程を順次施すことを特徴とする屋根の防水施工方
