度的に弱く、またアルミニウムの押出成形品の場
合断熱性に乏しかつた。またこれらの框材を組み
立てるに当たつては、別途接続金具を外面に添わ
せて接続したり、あるいは、タツピングホールを
設けてこのタツピングホールを利用して接続して
いるが、前者にあつては、外観が悪く、また、後
者にあつては、タツピングホールへの螺合では十
分な接続ができない場合が生じていた。

て、本発明の目的とするところは軽くて強度的に
強く、しかも断熱性に富み、さらに金属のものに
較べて落ち付いた外観を呈し得るドア框組を提供
するにある。

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。1はアル
ミニウムのような金属にて形成せる角筒状の芯材
であつて、この芯材1にクロスヘツド型の押出成
形機にて発泡性ポリウレタンのような発泡性合成
樹脂を厚肉に被覆すると共に発泡させてウレタン
発泡体のような合成樹脂発泡体の框本体2にて被
覆して框材Aを形成してある。この合成樹脂発泡
体の框本体2に木質色の着色を施すと所謂合成木
材となり高級な感じを与えることができる。また
框本体2の表面にはアクリル樹脂のような樹脂被
覆を施してあつて、表面を保護すると共に表面を
平滑にし、さらに光沢を出すようになつている。
このように構成された框材Aにて上框A1、下框
A2、把手側縦框A3及び蝶番側縦框A4を形成し、
上框A1、下框A2、把手側縦框A3及び蝶番側縦框
A4を角枠状に組立てて框組を形成してある。上
框A1と把手側縦框A3や蝶番側縦框A4との連結や
下框A2と把手側縦框A3や蝶番側縦框A4との連結
は第5図a,bのように行なわれ、上框A1と把
手側縦框A3との連結を具体的に述べると次の通
りである。上框A1の芯材1内にコ字状の連結金
具4を入れ、上框A1の框本体2に側面からばか
孔5を穿孔し、ばか孔5を介して芯材1と連結金
具4の側片4aとの間に固定ねじ6を螺結して連
結金具4を取付け、把手側縦框A3の上端部で側
面から芯材1内に貫通するばか孔7を穿孔し、ば
か孔7を介して連結ねじ8を芯材1内から連結金
具4のウエブ部4bに螺入して上框A1と把手側
縦框A3とを連結する。上記のように構成した框
組内には面板9を入れて面板9の端縁を上框A1
下框A2、把手側縦框A3及び蝶番側縦框A4の内周
側の凹溝10に嵌任んであり、把手側縦框A3
表裏に把手15を取付けて浴室ドアのようなドア
Bを形成してある。このドアBを金属等にて形成
せるドア枠11内に配置し、ドアの蝶番側縦框
A4とドア枠11の縦枠とを蝶番12にて連結し
てドアBを開閉自在にしてある。蝶番12の各蝶
番素片12aは夫々取付ねじ13にて取付けてあ
るが、蝶番側縦框A4の框材Aには第6図に示す
ように蝶番取付用芯材14を内装してあり、蝶番
取付用芯材14まで螺入して強固に取付けてあ
る。

本発明は上述の如く合成樹脂発泡体にて形成せ
る框本体内に筒状の金属の芯材をインサートして
形成した上框、下框、把手側縦框、蝶番側縦框を

ドア框組を形成してあるので、框本体を構成する
合成樹脂発泡体により軽量であり、金属の芯材に
より強固となるのは勿論、ドア框組は合成樹脂発
泡体により断熱性が富むとともに金属のものに比
べて落ち着いた外観のドア框組とすることができ
るものであり、しかも、このように外観が合成樹
脂発泡体が露出するように構成したものであるに
もかかわらず、上框と下框との両端部の芯材内に
それぞれコ字状をした連結金具を入れると共に上
框、下框の框本体の側面に穿孔したばか孔から挿
入した連結ねじにより芯材と連結金具の側片とを
結合し、把手側縦框、蝶番側縦框の上下方向の端
部側面から芯材内に貫通するばか孔から芯材内に
挿入した連結ねじにより芯材と連結金具のウエブ
部とを結合してあるので、上框、下框と把手側縦
框、蝶番側縦框とを連結金具を介して金属の芯材
部分で強固に連結できるものであり、しかも、こ
の場合ばか孔から連結ねじを入れることで連結ね
じが外部に露出しないようにできて外観がよくな
り、また、蝶番側縦框の側面に配置した蝶番の蝶
番素片を蝶番側縦框内に内装した蝶番取付用芯材
に取付けねじにより取付けてあるので、外面に合

も確実且つ強固に取付けることができるものであ
