The typical bladder catheter has a triple duct with a total length of approximately 40cm, and has a drug solution outlet and a urine inlet at the tip, a balloon attached near these, and a balloon at the proximal end for inflating the balloon. A distilled water inlet, a urine outlet for discharging urine, and a medicinal solution inlet for injecting a medicinal solution are provided, respectively. The balloon is inflated near the junction between the bladder and urethra, which prevents the catheter from slipping out of the bladder.

When antibiotics and antibacterial agents are administered systemically, side effects may occur and are difficult to treat. Therefore, there is a need for a simple and inexpensive local treatment method.

る。 In the case of bladder cancer treatment, there are reports that intravesical infusion of anticancer drugs is effective for bladder cancer. It is also said to be effective in preventing recurrence of bladder cancer. The anticancer drug is dissolved in 20 to 30 ml of physiological saline and injected into the bladder. However, the anticancer drug can only be stored in the bladder for about two hours at most due to urine retention, and it is physiologically impossible to tolerate it longer than that.
Therefore, the effective use of the drug solution is only about 2 hours, which increases the treatment cost. Therefore, there is a need for a catheter that can continuously inject a medicinal solution for a long period of time.

It caused many inconveniences.

In reality, the limit is said to be 1 to 2 minutes. Even if electric power or springs are used, it is necessary to secure a power source and install a syringe, which limits the patient's movements.

In this case, the drip bottle or container must be placed higher than the patient, and a complicated and long conduit is required to connect the catheter and the drip bottle, which restricts the patient's body movements and hinders treatment. It was also necessary for the personnel to conduct appropriate inspections.

る。(d) Means for Solving the Problems The bladder drug solution continuous infusion catheter of the present invention utilizes a conventional general bladder catheter. The basic structure of the bladder catheter is that it has a urine drainage passage along its longitudinal axis, and a urine inlet is provided at the distal end of the urine drainage passage, and a urine outlet is provided at the proximal end of the urine drainage passage. This basic structure is modified as follows as necessary. In the first modification, a balloon is attached to the distal end of the catheter to prevent the catheter from falling off, and distilled water is supplied to the balloon from the proximal end of the catheter to expand and contract the balloon. In the second modification, in order to clean the inside of the bladder or urethra, a medicinal solution is supplied from the proximal end of the catheter, and the medicinal solution flows out from the distal end of the catheter. The third modification is a combination of the first and second modifications.

However, if the catheter 20 and the balloon 22 are sufficiently separable, or if a sufficient gap is provided between them from the beginning, the annular groove 21 will ensure communication with the thin tube 24. It may also take the form of a localized recess or a bottomed hole to the extent possible.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a predetermined amount of the drug solution is injected from the drug solution inlet 23. The medicinal solution is fed through the central passage 23 of the medicinal solution injection part 23.
1, flows into the balloon 22 through the valve 232;
The balloon 22 is filled with the air while the balloon 22 is inflated. At the same time, the drug solution flows from inside the balloon 22 through the thin tube 24 and into the bladder from the drug solution outlet 241 provided at the tip of the catheter 20.

As a result, the balloon 22 is filled with a predetermined amount of the chemical solution in a short time. Thereafter, the medical solution in the balloon 22 passes through the thin tube 24 and the medical solution outlet 241 and gradually flows into the bladder by the contraction force of the balloon itself.

実測すればよい。 The injection time of the drug solution depends on the injection amount and viscosity of the drug solution,
It is determined by the deflation characteristics of balloon 22, the diameter and length of tubule 24, and intravesical pressure. In reality, it is sufficient to actually measure the dispensing time for each catheter using a standard drug solution.
