とにより、精米機の除糠室内の除糠吸引力を大幅
に増大して精白室内の除糠研摩作用を完遂すると
共に、精白作用によつて発生した含糠風から糠粉
を分離して浄化空気を排出する簡潔な構造で、美
麗な精白米に生成する高性能な除糠装置を開発し

孔壁板、26は前記蓋体15を糠箱14に着脱す
る係止金具、27は前記排風室20の排風口であ
る。したがつて、臼型容器1に投入された米粒
は、輸送転子7によつて下部の精白転子4部に送
入され精白室8内で撹拌されながら精白して円周
に振出されると共に、容器1の内周壁に沿つて上
流し、また中央部から輸送転子7によつて下降し
て搗精される。この循環搗精行程を数回次循環し
て所定の精白度に搗精されて精白米は容器1下側
部の排米口10から取出される。この精白作用に
よつて発生した糠粉は、除糠室6に設けた糠掻出
し兼用の翼車5と、該除糠室6に連絡する除糠装
置Bの排風室20に設けた回転翼車19との合成
吸引力によつて除糠用多孔壁部2を介して除糠室
6に吸入されると共に、この含糠風は吸気管23
Aを介して糠箱14内に吸集される。よつて精白
室8内の米粒の除糠作用は倍加されると共に、米
粒の研摩作用を促進して付着糠粉のない美麗な精
白米に搗精される。また糠箱14内に吸集された
含糠風は除糠用フイルター21によつて糠粉を分
離して糠箱14底部に集積すると共に、浄化され
た空気は前記フイルター21および通気口部22
から排風室20の回転翼車19を介して機外に排
出される。しかも本除糠装置Bは糠箱14と上部
蓋体15との間に劃壁板16を介装して着脱自在
に一体的に固設してあるから、糠箱14内の糠粉
の取り出しは簡単であり、また各機部14,1
5,16の分解・清掃を簡単、かつ容易にして高
