[Prior Art] There are various types of paints, and one of them is a so-called transparent paint that, when applied, colors an object while making the entire coated surface transparent.
When this transparent paint is applied to transparent glass or plastic, the glass or the like is colored, yet the other side of the glass is transparent.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] Conventionally, transparent paints using solvents made of various polymer compounds have been used, but paints using such solvents are themselves harmful. However, it was dangerous for children to use, and its uses were limited due to its toxicity. In addition, portability of paint is important for children to use conveniently, and it is troublesome for children to carry paint of each color in a sealed container that does not leak. This also reduced its usability. Also, with conventional solvent-based transparent paints, it is difficult to wash them off after coloring.
Solvents had to be used again, and this wash-off operation was also hazardous.

Hereinafter, to explain the present invention in detail, the production of the water-soluble solid paint of the present invention includes polyvinyl alcohol,
The essential ingredients are food coloring, glycerin, and water. Polyvinyl alcohol is a vinyl resin with hydroxyl groups that is obtained by saponifying polyvinyl acetate obtained by polymerizing vinyl acetate, and there are those with only hydroxyl groups (completely saponified products), and those with mostly hydroxyl groups and some acetate groups remaining. Something that exists (partially saponified product)
However, they can be used together. The degree of saponification of polyvinyl alcohol is about 70~
Although over 100 different types are known, any of these ranges can be used in the present invention.

As a preliminary step, a liquid composition is produced from at least the above components and water. The amount ratio is 30 to 80 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, preferably 40 to 60 parts by weight.
parts by weight, food coloring from 0.5 to 3 parts by weight, preferably
0.8 to 1.5 parts by weight, glycerin 0.5 to 10 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 3 parts by weight, and water 100 to 600 parts by weight, preferably 200 to 500 parts by weight. If the amount of glycerin is less than 0.5 part by weight, the dye tends to precipitate after drying. Moreover, if the amount exceeds 10 parts by weight, the coating film becomes soft, which is not preferable. It goes without saying that in addition to the above-mentioned components, various known additives, such as antioxidants or pigments other than food colorings, may be added to some extent.

To produce a composition consisting of the above-mentioned components, for example, stirring and mixing at 70 to 90°C for about 40 to 60 hours after mixing each component will prevent the pigment from precipitating and the polyvinyl alcohol etc. and food coloring will be uniformly mixed. mixed,
A composition can be produced. If this stirring and mixing time is insufficient, the coating film tends to be opaque during use. After this stirring and mixing, the composition is further dried to remove moisture. As a result, the resin solidifies and becomes soft plastic, completing a water-soluble solid paint. When this solid paint is dissolved in water, it becomes a liquid transparent paint. The water-soluble solid paint can also be made into a film.

[Effects of the Invention] The water-soluble solid paint of the present invention is obtained by drying the above composition containing polyvinyl alcohol, food coloring, glycerin, and water. Therefore, it is extremely safe, and even children can handle it with peace of mind. Also, since it is dissolved in water, it is highly safe, and water is easily available outdoors, so its uses are limited. I don't receive it. and,
When this paint is dissolved in water and applied to the inside of a window glass, for example, it forms a transparent coating that allows light to enter the room from outside, and the glass is colored, making it look like stained glass. Moreover, since the paint of the present invention maintains its water solubility even after the film is formed, it can be easily removed by washing with water even after it has been applied. In order to provide water resistance, the surface may be further coated with a spray containing a water-resistant resin after the paint is applied. Furthermore, conventional paints using water-soluble resins such as polyvinyl alcohol had the disadvantage that pigments precipitated after drying, but in the paint of the present invention, no precipitation occurs mainly due to the action of glycerin. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the paint of the present invention is not in a liquid state but in a solidified soft plastic form, so there is no need to put it in a leak-proof sealed container during transportation, and it is dry and light in weight. This makes transport extremely easy and improves portability.

Example Polyvinyl alcohol 50g, Food Red No. 3 1
g, 2 g of glycerin, and 350 g of water and heated to 80°C.
After stirring and mixing for a period of time, a transparent red composition was obtained. Next, when the water was removed by drying, the red composition solidified into a soft plastic shape, and a water-soluble solid paint was obtained. When this solid paint was dissolved in water, it became red and water-soluble again. When this red aqueous solution was applied to a window glass and dried to form a coating, the glass was colored red, but the other side of the glass remained a transparent red that could be seen. In addition, after one week, the coating film formed in this way
It could be easily removed with a damp cloth.
